They shouldn't get even one star. What the ignorants! They broke my shopify and they charged me for it. During the installation they broke the header and they didnt test it. I wrote few emails nothing. I don't even want to test it. If this is what they offer - NOOO - thank you. You are lame.

I love the app! It definitely pays for itself and more. I've had this for a few months already and found that the 10% off 2-3 similar items seems to be the best converting offer on my store. I wanted to move my product bundle widget higher within my product page and the Bold Team was very helpful in doing so. Cam is super awesome, He was able to make my product bundle look exactly the way I wanted on both the PC & Mobile preview. - very responsive, helpful, and quick to fix and make any adjustments. 5 Gold Stars! :D Thank you!

Excellent support! Highly recommend having them do the install...it's worth every penny! Very easy app to use once it is set up!

Useless app, difficult to operate, not proper & prompt support is provided. In the name of support, they try to sell more app. Even customer purchased the single item from the bundle price.

As a matter of fact we are very pleased with Product Bundles, since I have seeing the same strategy in big companies, I was looking forward to have something as good to help our customers to have more buying options. The video tutorial is very detailed, and make my wife and I easier to understand how it works and how to set it up. Even though, sadly, we haven't been able to have a sell yet, I am sure it work marvels because as I mentioned, other big e-commerce store use the same strategy. My favorite feature is that one you set the bundles the way we want then, it works automatically behind the scene. We where having a situation with Product Bundle; it was displaying all the products bundles vertically instead of horizontally, and the person who answer our request contacted us and kindly solved the problem for us. Very knowledgeable, capable, patient, and willing to take care of our situation. It seems to me that Bold is a very professional, and committed company. App seems good on paper but once installed it created variants and messed up all of our inventory. We have over 1,000 different variants with almost 10,000 in inventory. Now we get the opportunity to count every single thing again. All other shops, please be careful...this app just set us back two weeks. I wouldn't use this again if they paid me to. Absolute junk. Update 9/1420 - We installed this app again, thinking 2+ years later things would be better. NOPE! Same exact thing happened. I even reached out pre-install and they were supposed to install it on a backup theme. They did not, and it went live without our knowing. It created 26 new variants for each product, discounted products, and put inventory into products that we've been out of for over a year. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me. I've learned my lesson this time...will never use this one again. I'm not even sure how Shopify allows them to sell it.

I can honestly say it has saved me alot of time especially when you have a 1yr on your hands. I just started using the product bundle and it cuts alot of time quickly for me when making promotions. It works great for me when making combinations of rings, earrings & neckleses cant go wrong there in bundles. I like that you get 3 months to try the app out gives enough time to see results.

I'M GOING TO GIVE THEM 4 STARS FOR THEIR COMPLETE HELP WITH CODING. I THINK THE APP IS VERY USEFUL, BUT I WAS LOOKING FOR A FEATURE TO DISCOUNT MY SOCKS WHEN YOU BUY 3 OR MORE PAIRS, BUT IT DIDN'T HAVE THAT FEATURE, SO I REQUESTED TO CANCEL. I WAS GOING TO KEEP IT ANYWAY, BUT I HAVE OTHER COSTLY APPS , SO I'LL COME BACK TO THIS WHEN I START MAKING PROFITS.

I absolutely love this app. It works as expected and I hope it generates lots of incremental sales. Our customers will love this! In the first 3 days of using the app we had 15 customers buy a bundle. I love this app! Cam was really helpful to us. Thanks Cam!

We love all things Bold Apps! This is the 5th app from Bold we've installed, all of them have resulted in a sales increase for our webstore. Bold's customer service is always top-notch, and their apps are easy to setup. Well done, Bold!

I will recommend this app to anyone who needs to have bundles on his store! Actually everybody should have bundles as it's increasing sales drastically. Plus, you will get all the support you need from the app's tech support guys, done all that I asked and even more! Omer D.

After a quick resolution to the initial set up, Tiff remained calm and super helpful in getting the app installed and working. He was always ready for me with any answers i needed. Super. That's why i keep BOLD as my fav app to use.

Paid to have it installed but haven't actually tried it yet. It's too bad that the app is so invasive and can't be turned on/off from a billing perspective.
