BOLD Bundles ‑ Product Bundles

We are new to adding apps to our store and look forward to using the Bundle app. The coding was not simple for us so we opted to have Bold install it for us. It was installed very quickly and we look forward to making some great bundle sales.

So far a great app. I had a little difficulty installing the coding myself, the customer service installed my app within the day. Bold apps Bundles is very easy to use and super convenient. Thank you!

Crashed our site and support was rude/unresponsive. They did not even apologize. Could have been a disaster, but eventually things got fixed after a few hours of frantic. They asked for backend support and may have caused irreversible damage.

Excellent App! I can already see returns on my investment in the form of extra sales from our customers... This is a MUST HAVE app if you want to make extra $$$!

This is a great app - easy to use, set up etc. It has increased our sales by being able to offer a discount for bundled items.

This app is great for stores that have lots of products and want to bundle products together. The customisation with the app is brilliant - it can be modified to look great in your store and it doesn't look out of place whatsoever. Our store doesn't have the product range that this app needs to make it maximise our sales so we had to take it off, but customer service is second to none - dealt with our request for a refund and processed it extremely quickly! Nice automated message, but I actually haven't been using this app. Still waiting on your folks to install it. I sure hope this is the best thing since sliced bread since I've never paid for installation before - it better be! Work on making it install like all the other apps - easily, without cost.

Clunky. Really unattractive back screen to load bundles, instructions not clear. Support.....hmm must be pressing the wrong button as sitting waiting around for a chat support specialist to appear and nothing, this was after waiting all day for an email reply. Result - ditching it and going elsewhere. UPDATE - requested it be removed as the liquid update has wiped all the prices from my products. Really displeased with whole process, store is basically useless until this is fixed. Have requested refund of cost of app and liquid install as per their promise....watch this space! UPDATE 2 - To be fair responded and sorted within 30 mins and they are looking into it. Impressed with swift service this time and that has been fixed. Refund issued.

So Product Bundles is a total NO BRAINER! I was already impressed by the overview of the app, the reviews, and the capability it would provide for me on my personal training and nutrition services store (sarahbergstein.com). I purchased the app (easy) I chose to have the BOLD team install it for me (even easier) and then in just a few days they sent me an email having completed my request and providing detailed instructions (and video!) as to how to get my bundles created. It literally took me 15 minutes to set it up on my site and now my customers can save $20 every time they purchase my newest signature personal training and nutrition program. If you're questioning whether to not to add this capability to your site- let this be the push that tells you that you should. We got stuck setting this up in the coding stages and made a few errors. We simply called tech support and within 24 hours they had sorted the errors for us, amazing....this is our third paid investment with Bold Apps and it won't be the last, a brilliant service and amazing apps. TOP RATED

Support has been great, I let the bold apps install the app which went very well. I had other questions about the app and the support team was very informative on providing information about how to utilize the app or others app for my eCommerce store.

Totally destructive app. My shop has been down for 4 days because their liquid code didn't work and I've been on the phone with Shopify trying to fix it. Avoid this app at all costs.

We love the Product Bundles app from Bold. At KOR, we've been looking for ways to bundle different reusable water bottles and increase our cart value. This app makes it really easy to group products at individual level or by using collections (i.e., "filter bottles" with "hydration bottles" etc.). Great app and works seamlessly.

The product bundles app fell short for what we were looking to do. Bold support is excellent and quick to respond so we still rated this review as a 4 star. Great concept and we were looking to bundle accessories with our core product. Unfortunately, you can't pair the same accessory/product in multiple bundles. This might work for someone else if you just want to run a couple bundle deals with different products in each bundle. We also tried to set up a bundle by collections to see if that would allow our customer to pick their product in each category but the app would show the category/bundle option but you would have to go to each page of the product and add it by the regular add to cart button and in the end would not show the bundle discount in the cart. This seemed a little buggy on their end or it could just be the theme we use. We may try their upsell app as it may be more what we are looking for.

I can't remember the last time I left a review, but my experience with the tech support of Product Bundles was amazing. I am a junior developer and was a little hesitant about having experts look over my code as I was trying to integrate the Product Bundle app as well as expand on some of its features. When I emailed the tech support, I got a reply within 24 hours and even an email over the weekend! David was my point of contact and was amazingly supportive. Not only did he give me TWO solutions to my problem, but when I told him I was new to coding, he offered to give me feedback on my personal code as well. I received more excellent feedback from him than I have from any of my other mentors in coding! After I fixed my issue using his solution, I wanted to go back through my code and work on the suggestions he gave me. If I ever have an issue with a Bold Product (which I have only had this one and it wasn't actually an issue with the app), I will never hesitate to reach out to their customer service!

Let me preface this by saying I have never left an app review before but my experience with this one was so awful I have to share. I would be very cautious to recommend this app- when the liquid code was installed by the bold team it deleted all of the prices on my website- it took them over 24 hours to fix- then the bundles were allowing discounts on products that were not suppose to be discounted- I called their customer support nearly a dozen times over 3 days because it was changing pricing on my website so often. The only thing positive i have to say about this app was that their customer service was very kind- although often unable to solve the problem for over 24 hours. Do not install this app if you are expecting a high volume of traffic on your site- it still has bugs (as one of the customer support people admitted to me) and is far more trouble than it is worth- uninstalling now.
