I signed up for the free trial tonight and had some trouble getting everything setup. I reached out via chat and Aman helped me right away. Very prompt and so helpful to get my customization working. Thank you!

This app constantly crashes, you have to check it everyday to ensure its options are working. Today noticed options were missing, clicked on app, it had an update of the app. App updated and now I can't see any of my account information. Page comes up blank. Been waiting on support response all day. Customers cannot check out due to issues on the listing not showing. it's good when it does decide to work. but the inconsistency is truly getting annoying.
Hi JAS CRAFT CREATIONS, We are aware that you are experiencing an issue where product options seem to be getting duplicated when creating new products. Unfortunately, we have not been able to replicate the issue yet. Our team will be reaching out to you shortly to arrange a meeting so that we can observe the issue and troubleshoot it with you in real-time. Regarding the issue with the email associated with your account, this typically comes from the email associated with your Shopify account, which we cannot alter. We were able to manually update your email address in our system to rectify this, but we still recommend that you doublecheck Shopify to ensure that the correct information is there as well. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and are determined to make this right for you. Update 1/30/2024: The problem you are experiencing is due to duplicating a product. When you do this, all of the options show up on the duplicated product. In order to get past this, you will have to create a new product instead of duplicating. We attempted to meet with you regarding your concerns and you did not want to get on a Zoom call. A representative of our team has also sent you an email. We are going to be attempting to have a call with you within the next 24 hours to assist you. We would appreciate being able to walk with you through everything that you need.

I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Thank you so much :)

Your app has been frequently experiencing errors recently. This is the third time it has malfunctioned. The support team does not seem to understand the issue, even though I have explained it in detail. The chat window was closed before our conversation was concluded
Hi ChipteeAmz, We are sorry you are experiencing issues with our application. We have found that when you are using Pagefly with our app without doing an integration, all files do not get pulled over, hence the problems you experienced. The same is true if you happen to change the theme, integration must be done. The Product Options & Customizer Team

This is 100 the BEST Product Options & Customizer App! Very easy to setup and user friendly layout. The tech support team was also amazing. I needed some help with my shop's custom options and they were so quick to respond I was impressed and the service was so outstanding. Highly recommend this app for any product options and customization! UPDATE: Now in 2024, and still the greatest product customizer app of all time. Technical support is top notch, super friendly and reliable. Thank you again to the amazing team!

App is well-designed, but not intuitive to setup initially. Also, discovered a terrible bug that causes massive multiplicative cart checkout totals when adding the option with Product Customizer to the cart. Unfortunately, you are blaming this on a recent update with Shopify, but Shopify is saying to speak to you as the vendor. I am not used to getting this runaround. This is a critical issue that is preventing us from making sales in Canadian (CAD) dollars. We had just released our product and we have this less than ideal experience with Product Customizer, which is a shame :-(. We have 8 days left on the trial, and so far not a good experience. We really wanted this to work.

Our team went in and resolved the issue, which stemmed from fixing the Item customization product price at $25 for each market when it should only be $0.01 we have adjusted this for you and are terribly sorry about the delay. Shevaughn & Deep has been the best customer service person that I've worked with so far in any sort of technical issues. First time we had an issue with the liquid error code for our customizer and our customization was not working on our site for several hours. Shevaughn was so amazing in helping us resolve the problem. He is very patient and quickly responded to all my questions. After that I've contacted several times in regards to help with the customizer app and every time Shevaughn was so quick in resolving the issue and took his time to listen to all of our questions and explain everything very clearly. Love the customer service and we've been using this app for several years and didn't have a lot of issues with it.

I've been using this app for over 7 years now, it works well. I've had the occasional glitch, but the tech support has been outstanding. A recent issue was sorted within 10 minutes of me raising a case. I would definitely recommend.
