Nicoz was very helpful with customer service! Ended up uninstalling the app in the end because of the cart/checkout bugs.

This app killed my website. Please do not use. For a second time, as soon as I ran the setup wizard, this app disabled the add to cart button. The first time they fixed it within about an hour, the second time they couldn't fix it and blamed shopify. Please do not use this app. This has severely impacted my business.
Hi Sup Drinkware, We’re sorry that you have had difficulties with our application, however we want to reiterate that the problem you’ve encountered was not due to any malfunction of our application. The root cause of the issue was that the cart drawer was disabled on the theme settings. We cannot determine who made this change, but our setup wizard does not touch this aspect of configuration.

I've been using this app for years, easy to use, customers input customizations simply and whenever I've had an issue the team is super responsive and offers great and fast customer support. Definitely worth the fee to have customized options in your store, love it, recommend :)

We had an issue with the coding in some of the themed sections in the app, and Shevaughn was able to help us get it figured out and corrected! He was fast and effective with every response! I wouldn't have been able to figure it out without their help!

We've just started using the Product Options & Customizer app, but so far it has done everything we've needed! As an added bonus, the support team has been very responsive and has helped our non-techie team get things up and running smoohtly.

Always quick to respond to our questions and fix any issues we have with our shop. We're a flower shop and require customization on most of our bouquets and arrangements, adding notes and specific delivery dates. We've been happy with how seamless the process is and how nice the customizations pair with our theme.

Customers can select a bundle and select the options they want however upon the invoice the selections the customers have made do not appear on your invoice
Hello Summer Set Lashes, We are sorry that our invoice did not contain the detail that you wanted for the bundle you selected. From our internal investigation, we noticed that over the last 10 days, you have worked with all of our Customer Support team members to assist you each step of the way. We noted that our app brought all customization data to checkout, however our team noticed that you had a bundle feature that appears only at checkout and that may be the issue you are experiencing. We would appreciate the opportunity to do some test without that feature being enabled to assist you. We've just begun using this app, and I ran into a couple of issues related to our Shopify theme. I chatted with support twice in one day and Shevaughn was so helpful...both in solving my problem and in thinking ahead to another issue that might trip us up in the future. I really appreciated it!
