I downloaded and installed the app for a one month free trial as they state. And the app didn't match my theme. Even though I removed it immediately, they charged me $19.90, and when I asked for a refund, they rejected me. Not recommended!

This app killed my website. Please do not use. For a second time, as soon as I ran the setup wizard, this app disabled the add to cart button. The first time they fixed it within about an hour, the second time they couldn't fix it and blamed shopify. Please do not use this app. This has severely impacted my business.
Hi Sup Drinkware, We’re sorry that you have had difficulties with our application, however we want to reiterate that the problem you’ve encountered was not due to any malfunction of our application. The root cause of the issue was that the cart drawer was disabled on the theme settings. We cannot determine who made this change, but our setup wizard does not touch this aspect of configuration.

AMAZING service. I have attempted to use at least three customizing apps. I am not completely new at this, but I'm not a computer whiz, either. I spent unproductive hours on the other apps trying to figure out their instructions. I had an issue here because I'm not great at coding. Within 5 minutes of sending a request, Nicoz was there to save the day! I really didn't want to have to wait days to play with my store -- and I didn't have to. Within 30 minutes, my site was working perfectly! I am pleasantly surprised and happy. NEW DAY - I'll have these people on speed dial soon. I told Shevaughn as fast as they respond, I feel like he's in the cubicle next to me (in my kitchen LOL). Actually, someone next to me wouldn't have given me the answer as quickly. Friendly and, most of all, patient. Love you all.

I've been using this app for years, easy to use, customers input customizations simply and whenever I've had an issue the team is super responsive and offers great and fast customer support. Definitely worth the fee to have customized options in your store, love it, recommend :)

We had an issue with the coding in some of the themed sections in the app, and Shevaughn was able to help us get it figured out and corrected! He was fast and effective with every response! I wouldn't have been able to figure it out without their help!

We've just started using the Product Options & Customizer app, but so far it has done everything we've needed! As an added bonus, the support team has been very responsive and has helped our non-techie team get things up and running smoohtly.

Always quick to respond to our questions and fix any issues we have with our shop. We're a flower shop and require customization on most of our bouquets and arrangements, adding notes and specific delivery dates. We've been happy with how seamless the process is and how nice the customizations pair with our theme.

I highly recommend this app if you are looking to add multiple variations and selections for your items. It does take a little finesse to figure out the technique to getting your variations and conditional logic set up to exactly how you want it, however their customer service chat feature is extremely helpful, and the agents are very helpful. I have not hesitated to reach out to them when I needed assistance and had questions.

It's ugly, hard to customize and doesn't have conditional options.
Hi The Memori, We’re sorry to hear that you had this experience with our application, but we must disagree with what you’ve written here. Firstly, we offer free onboarding sessions, and we reached out to you within half an hour of the time you installed our application. We did not receive a response but will be reaching out to you again to arrange a session with a member of our support team who can help to ensure that the app is properly configured for your store. Secondly, our app does offer conditional options, but the initial setup must be completed correctly for this feature to work. Again, our team can easily assist you with setup. We hope to be able to contact you shortly to resolve the issues that you are describing here.

Great! Im currently using it to add customisation to my product. I encountered some problems, which was quickly solved after I wrote in my request for help. The support given is great and prompt. I highly recommend this app :)
