I am still learning how to fully use this app. But I have to say the customer support is AWESOME! Once a live person is on, which was quick, it's a live person who jumps right in. No bot making you spin your wheels. Shevaughn was great and has given top-rate customer service!

Best customer service! I had a weird issue and couldn't figure it out no matter what I tried. Their support team stuck with the issue until it was resolved. They're wonderful to work with.

Had a great customer service experience today. We just upgraded our theme and had an issue with the Product Options & Customizer app which we've been using for several years now. Opened the chat on their site and they had it solved for us in 5 minutes. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks. Update: had another small issue today and once again, 5 minutes and all fixed. Thanks again!

We've been using this app for years with no difficulty. We had a recent issue with it after we updated our theme, but customer service fixed it within an hour of being notified of the issue. Excellent service.

In the beginning, it took about 5 minutes to understand the functions. The support has additionally answered the last questions very quickly and helpfully. Individual adjustments were even made within 10min after the request. Thanks for the quick help, we will test the "product options" and see how the store users like it. Keep up the good work

We’ve been using app for several years to add custom options to products and it has always worked seamlessly for us. But they really stand out from a support perspective. In our migration to a 2.0 theme, they went above and beyond to ensure the app was installed and working before we published. Good support is not a given anymore, but this company really shines. Well done and we highly recommend.

Not Good Customer Service. I have a problem with the theme but I have been waiting for more than 1 week and no one has solved it
Hi Style My Pride, We’re very sorry that it is taking so long to resolve the issue with your theme. This is not representative of the customer service that we intend to provide and we are committed to resolving this for you. The specific theme that you are using has Ajax components that omits data from the cart. There is a potential fix that we can implement, but we will need to work with your theme developer. Such a great app to have when you need to add product variants in your shop. The person who helped me made sure that I set up the product correctly! I'm currently using the free plan as, right now, I only need to customize one product in my shop but will switch to the paid version once I need to customize more products in my shop!
