Very buggy..several issues with loading, app doesnt work from time to time. No solutions for simple issues.

The Product Customizer team has worked above and beyond to bridge the gap between our theme and their plugin to make it work seamlessly. This app is great and made it so easy to customize a product. The customer service is even better. I reached out after 9pm and Shenial assisted and fixed all the issues in a timely manner while keeping me informed during the process. I highly recommend using this app.

Love this product, easily lets you customize each product and create add on pricing. Has worked flawlessly and the one time I had an issue it was resolved in minutes.. Highly recommended !

We use this app really well. The support has been amazing - they sorted out my issue with a theme update in 10 mins really well. Though for future advancements - I'd love if there was a way of moving the data or downloading it to support our order management system in some way as the business has grown.

Customer service for this app is incredible. I needed a couple things moved around on my site, and customer service fixed it within 5 mins. I love how to customization also fits my theme. A lot of other apps completely tweaked the entire product page so it did not fit the theme

Great app, nice to be able to be able to have products where you have to enter in dates. Some of the other apps I noticed doesn't have that option.

5 star customer service. But, if you have a Shopify 2.0 theme be aware there are glitches in the cart that they cannot rectify. The cart visibly updates and loops and displays a crossed ruler and pencil with the app name, visible to the customer for seconds (I took a screenshot). Was told they are aware and working on this with no date for the fix. I spent hours working on product variants before realizing this glitch that I could not live with. You can also not use the drawer cart style with this app at all. Aman was very helpful with customizing the app otherwise. There should be a disclaimer about this glitch and Shopify 2.0 themes before Shopify merchants upload this app to their sites.

I recently encountered an issue with the "option requirement" feature in Product Options and was fortunate enough to receive assistance from Shevaughn, one of their technical support specialists. I am compelled to share my experience and highlight the exemplary service I received. From the very beginning, Shevaughn proved to be an invaluable resource. Despite my limited knowledge of the software, he patiently fixed the issue. Shevaughn's expertise in Product Options was evident throughout our interaction. He quickly identified the root cause of my issue and offered a clear and concise solution. As a result, I was able to resolve the "option requirement" problem with minimal difficulty. In addition to his technical prowess, Shevaughn displayed excellent customer service skills. He was attentive, empathetic, and responsive, making me feel valued and heard as a customer. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience positive. I cannot express enough gratitude for Shevaughn's exceptional technical support. He is a true asset to the Product Options team and a shining example of what customer service should be. Thanks to his help, I can now confidently and easily use the "option requirement" feature. I highly recommend Product Options, not only for their excellent software but also for their unparalleled customer support, exemplified by professionals like Shevaughn.
