Very useful app with great customer support. I really wish Shopify would have included these features, but besides that, the app is a must have for businesses that need more customizable options.

I love this app. It is very easy to use. There is a free plan if you just want to test customisation on one of your products. I am in the UK, and the support team got back to me in seconds. Sheniel was extremely helpful with the setup. It looks flawless with my theme. I will definitely be upgrading to the paid plan for my other customisable products. Thank you!

This product worked perfectly for adding a color option to my product with out effecting its stock. I make custom skateboards where people can adjust the background color, and this app made that doable. Not only that but I had trouble setting it up, but their online chat service was there for me immediately, and their specialist Sheniel helped me super fast and solved my problem in less than 5 minutes! What a hero! Thanks guys!!

Product Options & Customizer is arguably the best Shopify app on the market when it comes to providing custom options and/with conditions on your Shopify store. The app is really easy to use and setup and their support team is readily available to assist whenever you reach out to them. I'm particularly grateful to Amam and Shevaughn who were on standby to put me through whenever I encountered any issues. Way to go team!

Easy to use, but 5 stars simply because we changed our theme and I didn't even think to check to make sure the product customization options for our products still worked with our new theme. They reached out to us and then fixed what wasn't working!

Great app, even better support! We had an issue on setup, and just clicked the Chat icon and we had instant chat support to logged into our site and fixed the problem in minutes. We had 400 pre-sale customers waiting to buy and this was going to trow everything off, these guys totally saved the day. Killer app

We've used the Product Customizer on our website for a few years, it has always worked perfectly and when we've asked for help, the Product Customizer support has been quick to respond and always resolved our issue. We recommend this app for Shopify stores.

terrible aplicacion, lo peor de todas las aplicaciones que he visto en toda mi maravillosa vida, no la instalen

Quiero extender mis más sinceras disculpas por la experiencia negativa que tuvo con Product Cusomizer. Nuestra aplicación está siendo utilizada por muchos comerciantes y les ha funcionado muy bien a la mayoría de ellos. Instalaste la aplicación, dejaste una reseña negativa y luego la desinstalaste en un lapso de 7 minutos sin siquiera contactar al soporte para obtener ayuda. Si nos hubiera enviado una solicitud de ayuda, nos hubiera encantado resolverlo por usted. Si está dispuesto a probar nuestra aplicación nuevamente, hágamelo saber y personalmente me ocuparé de su caso. Espero sinceramente que nos dé otra oportunidad de hacerlo bien para su tienda. Ofrecemos soporte de chat en vivo las 24 horas, de lunes a viernes. I downloaded the Free version to test on a product. It was fairly easy to setup and what I couldn't figure out their support representative - Shevaughn - did a Great job and helped me figure out the issue (which was mostly my lack of understanding). Looking forward to testing this and possibly moving to using it on other products.
