the selections are not loading, very unsatisfied with the customer service - they are never accountable to any issues happening between the app & shopify.

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our customer service. I understand your frustration and want to assure you that the issue is at Shopify's end which is causing your selections to not load on the cart page. To be honest, there is very little we can do apart from following up with Shopify in this particular case. I acknowledge that this could have been handled better and we are going to take corrective steps to ensure that this does not happen again. If you are open to trying our app again, please let me know and I will personally take care of your case. We work hard to make sure every merchant who uses our app has an A+ experience. I have been using Product Customizer on my site several years. This app is great to provide my clients the custom options they need. Tech support is very responsive with the problem of uploading and downloading photos. Would definitely recommend.

I've used the app for the customer to input text for a customisable product. The app works really well! Needed something adding that wasn't an option on the app and customer service was really quick to reply and very helpful. They did the work for me very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted the team at Product Customizer with an issue I had within my store. The response time was superb and within an hour of my contacting them the issue had been rectified. Issues in your store can cause you major headaches, with a quick response and helpful nature this didn't happen.

We have a very complex product line with multiple overlapping upsells and a nightmare of a shipping problem. So we use PO&C to make customer checkout easier and take a $2k sell to almost $4k without affecting the shipping. Great piece of software!

I have used this app for custom photo cards for 5 years- the setup was easy and when I had a technical difficulty they responded immediately via chat and helped me resolve the problem quickly. Great for a small business owner to have friendly and efficient help!
