Have used this app for years and it works perfectly for our products. Recently had a technical problem and customer service was amazing. Shevaughn fixed our problem in just a few minutes!! Would highly recommend.

Great app with better support. Special shoutout to Sheniel. The support i received was so good it made me question my mere existence here on this Earth. She made sure my requests were taken care of in a way i have never seen before. I have never written a review in my life, but this life changing experience made me take the time to let the world know about the good customer support by Sheniel. Thank you again and i'm toying with the idea of making more customizations to our shop to potentially receive additional support from Sheniel.

Terrific app. Allows you to customize any product however you like so that customers can personalize their order. Beyond that the support team is responsive and very knowledgeable!

I upgraded my shop to Shopify2.0 and they were extremely helpful in making sure my site functioned perfectly. Customer support is amazing and they're quick to answer... I had new questions and ideas confirmed on the spot without having to wait days or even more than a minute. HIghly recommend.

I have been using this app for years. It works way better than the Shopify's built in customizer. I like the part where you can make a set of customizers and add to a new product with a few clicks. I have used the chat line for help and they fixed my problem.

Not sure if the 5 star reviews are paid, but the app is buggy and we cant tell which orders have selected flavours. And that affected our operation in terms of packing. We contacted the support but the response is slow and kept saying will check with development. But no news so far. For an app at this price we expected better supported and quality.I have to keep chasing for a response when the team should have gotten back on their own.

This seems to be a very peculiar issue with the custom theme you are on where the item customizations/app data are not being carried over to the cart. If you are open to trying the app again, please let me know and I will arrange for our best developers to look into your case ASAP. I LOVE this app! Well worth the money, opens up so many possibilities with options, works perfectly and the service is the best! Aman is so helpful and very kind and I appreciate him! I have been using this app for years and I highly recommend it! October Update: had a little glitch and it was fixed in no time!

Excellent app. Does exactly what it says. I was able to create a customizable bundle on one of my product pages without having to go through adding additional products to my page. Customers are now able to select which soaps options they want. I did have trouble with the setup but their support team was very helpful.
