Offers good custimazation and a lot of freedom. Really helpful support team. Some bugs here and there but the support team is there to help you with everything.

I downloaded the Free version to test on a product. It was fairly easy to setup and what I couldn't figure out their support representative - Shevaughn - did a Great job and helped me figure out the issue (which was mostly my lack of understanding). Looking forward to testing this and possibly moving to using it on other products.

Have used this app for years and it works perfectly for our products. Recently had a technical problem and customer service was amazing. Shevaughn fixed our problem in just a few minutes!! Would highly recommend.

The app's speed was terrible; my browser reloaded too many times before I could enter the app, and the app forced me to use full screen mode despite the fact that I exited it hundreds of times. Furthermore, setting up variants is really inconvenient for me because I have to set up each variant for each product and cannot reuse them. When I use the add price option when add a product, my basket is reloaded many times before it displays the correct price. This has been an exceedingly negative experience, especially for my customers. The order after successful checkout contains some extra trash information over which the developer claims they have no control, when in fact that this is information created by them???

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our app. I understand your frustration and we are so sorry about what happened here (It is not at all normal with our app.) With respect to the complaints about app's speed, browser reload before you could enter the app and setting up variants, I can assure you that these issues are isolated in nature and we have not received any complaints of such kind of issues so far. It is difficult to say exactly what happened, but temporary network glitch might be one of the reasons. For your complaint regarding basket reloading many times, I will have my best developers check your issue and fix it. But for the issue with item customization carried over to the check out page, we do not have a solution as Shopify restricts us to modify the check out page unless you are using a Shopify Plus enterprise-level plan. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or "hide" the way your "Item Customizations" product is displayed on your checkout page unless you are using a Shopify Plus enterprise-level plan. This is because your checkout page is hosted by Shopify, not on your store's domain, and to be secure, Shopify doesn't allow any third-party scripts or code to run on this page. This is not something that we control or can modify. At Product Customizer, we pride ourselves on giving our 100% every day to ensure that our customers’ needs are met. We also love to offer complimentary live screen-share calls to all our valued clients where we can talk you through the whole process. We work hard to make sure every merchant who uses our app has an A+ experience. If you are open to trying our app again, please let me know and I will personally take care of your case. Great app with better support. Special shoutout to Sheniel. The support i received was so good it made me question my mere existence here on this Earth. She made sure my requests were taken care of in a way i have never seen before. I have never written a review in my life, but this life changing experience made me take the time to let the world know about the good customer support by Sheniel. Thank you again and i'm toying with the idea of making more customizations to our shop to potentially receive additional support from Sheniel.

I upgraded my shop to Shopify2.0 and they were extremely helpful in making sure my site functioned perfectly. Customer support is amazing and they're quick to answer... I had new questions and ideas confirmed on the spot without having to wait days or even more than a minute. HIghly recommend.

I have been using this app for years. It works way better than the Shopify's built in customizer. I like the part where you can make a set of customizers and add to a new product with a few clicks. I have used the chat line for help and they fixed my problem.

Starting with Free version to try haven't had much experience yet with the actual app but it does work with 2.0 and the Customer Service is Great! Seems to do what I need so far so I'm happy!

Probably the best customer service I have experienced. Should out to Shevaughn. We are still adding all of the features to our site but so far this is the most user friendly product customizer. 5 Stars!

Not sure if the 5 star reviews are paid, but the app is buggy and we cant tell which orders have selected flavours. And that affected our operation in terms of packing. We contacted the support but the response is slow and kept saying will check with development. But no news so far. For an app at this price we expected better supported and quality.I have to keep chasing for a response when the team should have gotten back on their own.
