Worst shopify app experience ever! So many bugs, poor (no sorry very poor) customer support. Didn't manage to fix simple issues within the first few days. If they went higher up the chain to Kevon he could fix the issues, but then new issues would pop-up instantly. There are much cheaper alternatives available ... I recommend they fix their first line support first..because with these default mails they sent the communication is very poor and often misunderstood. Very frustrating experience! Update 05/10/2021: I got a follow up from Pushpesh to check the things again, based on my bad review. Since I already looked into an alternative I'm not going through with that, but others might. So in all honesty they are responsive, I just wish (especially when on a tight deadline) that this kind of urgency would be earlier in the process and not only after a 1 star review.

We have used Product Customiser for some time with absolutely no problems, we recently updated our online store & the support from the Product Customizer team was great! Recommend!

I raised a bug to them and they fixed it very fast. Easily allows my customers to personalize their jewelry and saves a lot of time for drop downs.

Great app, and even better customer service. Kevon has been a real help in making the app fit with my store. Couldn't be more pleased. He even recommended improvements to my store to help with upselling.

I contacted the customer service team at Product Options & Customizer and they responded immediately without any wait time at all. Deepanjoy spent a significant amount of time fixing the options and logic on one of my products. He quickly found a solution and then added it to my remaining products. I found him friendly, helpful and all my issues were resolves quickly. Fantastic customer service and great product that is capable of dealing with extremely complicated product options. I'd 100% recommend.

I wouldn't be without this app as it is great for offering the options I require to my customers. I have contacted support a few times and their service has always been very quick, efficient and friendly - a big plus point for continuing with my loyalty to this particular app.

We've been using this app for many years now. I have to say we were upset with the newest update, but they did listen and made changes to make it better. Their customer service has always been immediate and helpful. We understand changes need to be made from time to time and like any other app there may be some disruptions or differences. But, they always remained responsive throughout these periods of change, which means a lot.

I have been using the Product Customer app for a couple of years now for my website and absolutely LOVE it. Not only does it meet my needs bur the customer service is amazing. Over the yesrs I've done several theme tweeks and changes and any code updates I need to have made to accommodate the new theme code is done within minutes and even my customer service emails are answered so quickly....even on weekends. I highly recommend this app and plan on sticking with it indefinitely. Thank you so much for such quick resolution to my questions this weekend!

They are always so helpful if I need help with the app! This is a great app for adding custom products to your website. You can create custom forms for each individual product. I really love it and the forms look very professional on our products. Thank you!

Lot of flexibility to setup different type of options and price them. Make sure you are OK with some limitation when you are not on Shopify Plus, tough.

Works just as we needed it to! Perfect options and highly customizable. Very easy to use once we got the hang of it, but customer support was super helpful getting started. Highly recommend.
