STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE AN ENTERPRISE OR USE SHOPIFY PLUS. Your customizations will show to your customers. Wasted hours between this app and Shopify support. Useless

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our app. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or "hide" the way your "Item Customizations" product is displayed on your checkout page unless you are using a Shopify Plus enterprise-level plan. This is because your checkout page is hosted by Shopify, not on your store's domain, and to be secure, Shopify doesn't allow any third-party scripts or code to run on this page. This is not something that we control or can modify. At Product Customizer, we pride ourselves on giving our 100% every day to ensure that our customers’ needs are met. We also love to offer complimentary live screen-share calls to all our valued clients where we can talk you through the whole process. I used this app on my newest store (leather laced) and Shevaughn really did a great job in helping me. as well as being patient and very kind. I will definitely recommend this app to my store owner friends!

While the app is great and super helpful by adding options to my products... I have a big tip of my cap to the Customer Support team for helping me with a Shopify issue, specifically Kevon. Kevon from the Help Center walked me through the issues on the Live Chat (on a SUNDAY) and addressed everything single issue. Even manually worked some things on his end to make sure all problems were resolved. I'm new to e-commerce and he was able to break down resolutions in a simple and effective manner to help me get exactly what I wanted. Thank you Kevon... enjoy your discount code now!

Not cool. I chatted with several people. Like 4 different people over the course of 6 days. Not one person answered any of my questions. All had the same response. Someone from our team will get back to you shortly. What a waste of my precious time. Very disappointed after reading all the great reviews

Wonderful app that really makes my life easier. I love the fact that customers can edit with their info and upload photos that I can then easily download and use on my designs. I'm looking for a product configurator now to automate more of my process but I really recommend them and their customer service is very good.

I've been using PC for a long time. I recently updated to a 2.0 theme and PC didnt load correctly. Long story story short I got in touch with Sheniel and she got it figured out asap. I've always enjoyed working with this app and the staff are great too. Aloha.

I have been using many apps for customizing the options and variants for my products. I can say confidently that this app is the best app. Easy to use, the options will be applied instantly on any product, and on top of this, they do have such great customer service. So yes this app is definitely worth 5 Stars
