I had some specific tweaks to make the app work and display my product in the best way for our customers and the support team did a great job working with me to customize the app to work for us.

I've been using this app for years now. I recently did something silly that removed the code and messaged them late at night, by 9am the next morning they had it squared away and all is well. Super easy to use, would definitely recommend. Great customer service. I use with the Retina theme.

I just started using this app. Had trouble with the installation, caused by a different app which was installed, that first made it impossible to change the html/css code as it was supposed to be. THE SUPPORT TEAM then was super fast, within 1 hour everything was fixed and set. Now I am ready to go to use this easy to handle app. Will upgrade soon, to use more detailed functions. Thanks for a simple and great working solution – to customize my shop offers!

Does exactly as it says.. Also based on feedback the app was updated very quickly.. It allows us to add bespoke items to selected products.

Hoping that support gets better. We had an issue where the prouct dropdowns we created stopped calculating and adding the extra charges to the customization. For example, we might offer customers the ability to upgrade to white glove delivery for an extra fee. This is currently not adding the extra fee at all. When I recorded a video gif of the problem and sent them a link, they tried to say it's slow internet even though my gif clearly shows the blunder happening. Hoping to update my review once they fix it, but going on day 3 during one of the biggest selling periods of the year for us (mother's day) without a fix. UPDATE: Customizer has been fixed and is working, although I'm going to keep this review at 3* until it works solidly for a month without a hiccup.

Works very well now, and when I had an issue, customer service solved it in 5 minutes! Works better than any other custom add-on app I've tried.

On the second item, it is a normal way the app works with Shopify checkout (which is restricted to app developers). I'll email you from our support team email box. This app is good and functions well although sometimes a little clunky and the design of the interface may be counter intuitive to some users. The customer support is always responsive and will get your issue solved. They almost always respond in a timely manner and even major issues get resolved quickly. Special shout out to Deep who is always on hand to help!

Highly recommend this app. The support has always been great. The initial install was easy. I did purchase a theme that the install had to be modified so now anytime I update my theme, I have to have them update my code but they respond so quickly that it hardly matters.

We use this app to add customized options to our products throughout our website. Whether it just be a checkbox option or an additional cost option, it is very consistent and works well with our product pages. It is very user friendly and the customer support is great. I would definitely recommend using this application.

Love the options and ability to customize your own products. We have been searching the right app for a long time and even started hiring a developer to build it ourselves before we found this app, which knocked it out of the park in terms of functionality. No custom developer needed anymore as this app is perfect.
