PC ‑ Custom Product Options

I just spent some time chatting with Shevaugn and he was fabulous. He was very gracious about allowing me to check out other apps that may work better for me. Product Customizer allows my Shopify store to have all the drop downs I need to sell products with several variants. There have been some glitches, but the customer service is always there to help solve the problem quickly.

Excellent support. I had upgraded my store theme and the Customizer was not working. Within minutes, I was speaking with Customer Service and they resolved the problem! Excellent add-on!

Great customer service. My store stopped working with the Customizer App. I contacted customer services and was told it was because the theme I was using was old and had become un-supported. I was guided towards new themes that would work. I have updated my store and everything is good again. Shevaughn was very helpful and guided me through the whole process.

This app is absolutely perfect for my needs - My customers can personalise their orders with ease and saves me a lot of time. The app didnt work properly in a certain area and when I contacted customer support, they were very helpful and had my problem sorted within 24 hours. I am very happy with this app and I recommend it to anyone selling multi-optional products on thir store.
