The app is a nice step up from the default Shopify options. I had an issue with the styling for a check-box that I needed to add. The team was very responsive and quickly helped me resolve the issue.

I had my zoom demo yesterday, what a great experience! My representative started out asking me what I needed to be successful. He was so helpful helping me set up the app. I'm a novice at most of this and now I will be able to have my customers upload and design features of my products. I'm looking forward to my trial period to see what all I can come up with. Thanks!!!

easy and simple to use. I did need a little help because i had multi layer selections, and went right to the chat and within 10 minutes I had what I needed! Great customer service!

I am a small business owner and just recently discovered, “Product Options and Customizer” and it has made my life so much easier! Now, my customers can easily fill out customizations on the listing itself in a very clean and organizational way! I also requested the help from a representative regarding a subscription issue and the gentleman named Aman was so kind and took the time to help me and solved my issue so quick! This app was exactly what I was looking for to get all of my custom product varriants into my store! The backend of the app is super is to use and straight forward as well. Also their support is unmatched! I booked a zoom call with (Deep) and he helped me implant all of my custom tweaks that I needed preformed in 24 hours. Company and staff are 10/10! Thank you Deep and Product Customizer for being awesome! lol Deep is 10/10!
