Really helpful team. Quick response and ready to assist whenever needed. Deep (from the team) even went beyond what was just needed and give me a few other helpful suggestions too. He was eager to get my problem solved and hopped on to a call twice within the same day. Thank you Deep and product options teams!

Great customer service. My store stopped working with the Customizer App. I contacted customer services and was told it was because the theme I was using was old and had become un-supported. I was guided towards new themes that would work. I have updated my store and everything is good again. Shevaughn was very helpful and guided me through the whole process.

This app is absolutely perfect for my needs - My customers can personalise their orders with ease and saves me a lot of time. The app didnt work properly in a certain area and when I contacted customer support, they were very helpful and had my problem sorted within 24 hours. I am very happy with this app and I recommend it to anyone selling multi-optional products on thir store.

Very helpful solving my issue of attachments not coming through with the orders. I had no idea I needed to update the theme. Great customer service and patience in solving my issue.

Fantastic customer service!! I am really impressed with how the team got back to me and had fixed the issue before I had returned to the office the next day! 10/10 support, friendly and efficient -it may have been a quicker fix because I sent a screenshot of the issue and explained my query in as much detail as possible, so this may be useful to do when you first contact for them for help getting setup. I had never used this app for my store before, but I will be integrating more options on my product pages now as it's not so scary to do Definitely recommend
