An app that is very easy to install and use. I have been using product customizer for my cycling apparel business. I has allowed us to easily integrate new features into our buying process.

Very functional and easy to use and the customer service was exceptional. I was able to get a small issue fixed promptly on a Sunday evening. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my conditional logic and in 7 minutes DEEP was able to fix my issue thanks EDIT- DEEP to the rescue again helping me perfect my website THANKS for the AWESOME help

I requested to stop charging me and even removed the app 'Product Customizer' but I have still been charged $9.99 recently

I like it so far, but there are some drawbacks. The $0.01 work around to allow for multiple price points is maybe over thinking things. We only offer one customization at one price. This app also pretty aggressively updates any product loop you have in your theme to exclude their hidden customization product listing that is used to collect payment for customizations at checkout.

Really not a fan. Often glitchy and can't update. Still shows 1x customization for each $0.01 of cost. (Meaning a $5 engraving fee confuses customers, who are told they purchased 500 engravings). Generally slow support

Love this app! It works just as it claims, and most of all, the customer service/tech team is fantastic. They helped me solve a tech glitch super fast and got me up and running right away. Highly recommend!

This app works great! Attaching image files to custom orders makes Shopify 10x more useful to our business.

This was the first (and most used) app that I've chosen so far! I was so leary to start down the road of e-commerce as our industry has TONS of sizing options. This gives up the opportunity to get started and offer many options to our customers. Very user friendly as well!

The app regularly fails and does not charge clients for customized purchases. We have lost nearly $2,000 in sales in the past 5 days due to the app failing to work properly. I wouldn't recommend this app.

Terrible! Screwed up my product page. No live support!

Shop Storm has been a dream to work with! They've really gone above and beyond ensuring that we were set up properly with their app. It works really well for us, is easy to use, and if we do have any questions Shop Storm is there to help with quick and friendly service.

We read about this app in the Shopify Plus community. We were having so many issues with fake accounts. At first, it wasn't working and I had to reach out to customer support. They fixed the issue very quickly and this solved my issue. Thanks for a great product!

THE BEST APP FOR PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATIONS! The app makes everything possible and the amazing team behind the app makes it happen, really fast, if you don't know how to do it yourself. No need to worry what this app can or cannot do, because if there is some function related to this app that is missing, the customer service will do absolutely everything in there power to help you! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE DESERVE 1000 STARS!

We've had Product Customizer for over a year now and can confirm that it is a robust app! Transferred over from another provider's customizing app which was falling over and was down for days - without us even knowing about it! ShopStorm product is up all the time and is reliable. Have just moved to using Beta version of the Conditional Logic, pretty happy after just 1 week. Great service and product!
