Hello friends from Flawless Moissanite, Thank you for sharing this feedback. Sadly, we did experience a very rare breaking issue with our app earlier this week (7/29). In many years of serving merchants, we've never experienced an issue to this extent... So we do not expect it to ever happen again. Our developers did fix the issue in short order and the app has been functioning 100% since then. However I know that this can impact a store's ability to sell, and every moment counts. Thanks SO much for your understanding and communication here.
