This app is a complete disaster. The dashboard crashes constantly and won't even load. I have spent a lot of time on this and yet all the add-ons I configured have disappeared. I have already contacted support, but they take forever to reply and offer no solutions. I even tried clearing cookies and testing on both Mac and Windows, but the problem persists. I do not recommend this at all, especially for businesses in Puerto Rico. Don't waste your time. Esta aplicación es un desastre total. El dashboard se cae constantemente y ni siquiera carga. He invertido mucho tiempo en esto y aun así todos los add-ons que configuré desaparecieron. Ya me he puesto en contacto con soporte, pero tardan una eternidad en responder y no dan soluciones. Intenté borrando cookies y probando tanto en Mac como en Windows, pero el problema sigue igual. No la recomiendo para nada, especialmente para negocios en Puerto Rico. No pierdan su tiempo.

This app has been a game-changer for our store. From the moment we installed it, everything just worked. Highly recommended if you're looking to offer personalized or bulk order forms — this app does it all and does it well.

I really like this app because it presents a very simple, easy-to-understand user interface to my customers. It meets my business need when it comes to easily allowing my customers to make their custom design. They also responded fast after 3 days from the time I emailed them (they're off on that weekend). And they solved my tech problem in relation to their app. The things that didn't meet my business need was it currently only supports the store's default currency, when my store supports multi-currencies. I also do not know how it integrates to my preferred print-on-demand provider, although the product description in the Shopify app store says that they do support it. I'll definitely reconsider this app in the near future, when those business needs above are timely addressed. If you don't have those business needs like mine, then this app maybe for you!

Update: They've updated the app it's working well. Their tech support has been responsive and helpful. I've upgraded my review to 5 stars. I've stuck with this app through the upgrades as it has certain customization options the other's I've viewed don't. I recommend it for your business.

So far so good. I was having trouble getting my variants to sync with the customizer app so I reached out to support. They went in and fixed it for me. Just added it to the website so we will see what the customers thing but as far as support goes, they have been great.

On the first day, I was pleased with the customer service. However, on the second day, when I had additional questions, the response time was noticeably slower. I inquired about extra features and was informed that while these were available, they required an upgrade to a higher-tier plan ($49.99 per month). I accepted the higher price on the condition that I would receive the requested features. Unfortunately, after waiting two days for a demo without any follow-up, I decided to switch my custom product designer to “CUSTOMIFY.” I now find that this new design editor (Customify) better meets my needs and includes all the necessary features.

Great app with great support - the customer design interface looks much better than the app I was using. Pretty easy to set up and once you get going its very simple to set up your products

So far, so good! Jay really helped me out with setting everything up, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The app is lightweight and straightforward—no unnecessary clutter or features to confuse you. Decided to re-brand my store and allow customers to design their own shirt or use my provided designs at an Affordable Price. I searched high and low and came across Custom Product Designer. From install to configuration the APP was smooth and simple to use. They also have provided A+ customer support. There were some issues that needed resolved and Jay provided timely and fast support. Here is to the new partnership hopefully this will take my store to next level without having to rely on drop-shippers or print on demand providers I now have it in house.
