The SB Product Personalizer app works great for customization. Priyanka helped me set up the color variants and also guided me with the bulk add-to-cart feature. The support team is very responsive and provides excellent assistance. Highly recommended!

They promised to refund the money tomorrow, then as soon as the money would reach the account, and so on, but in the end they never refunded it. I asked them several times, and every time they said “tomorrow, tomorrow.” You can keep the money; this is a warning for other buyers. Regarding the app: + Support responds and helps with setup - Doesn’t work with variable products - Doesn’t adapt to needs, very few settings - Does not cover personalization needs due to lack of features, especially if the product is variable.

However, for the payment that did reach us, we coordinated with our account team and the refund has been issued ✅.
Thanks to Priyanka for the quick and helpful support during the module setup. The app looks promising for simple, one-off products without variants, but it feels a bit limited when it comes to more dynamic like the price. For example, the image bank is only available in English, and there are no ready-to-use templates. That said, the team is responsive and open to developing custom features if needed, which is definitely a plus.

You can't change the color of the t-shirt which is a basic option that is supposed to be included, but it was confirmed to me that its not available at this moment. You need to wait for them to fix some bugs in a few weeks... So it does not do what is advertised.

fantastic app, even more fantastic support. quick to reply, willing to help no matter what. the app is much easier to set up and use than other version i tried, and MUCH more affordable. if you are thinking about kickflip or customify, stop. use this.

The image upload drag and drop functionality is perfect for providing flexibility to the end user. Then the same can be done with the text options. The end results are brilliant! Customer support and response is quick and very helpful. Highly recommend this app if you are printing or engraving business.

This app is a complete disaster. The dashboard crashes constantly and won't even load. I have spent a lot of time on this and yet all the add-ons I configured have disappeared. I have already contacted support, but they take forever to reply and offer no solutions. I even tried clearing cookies and testing on both Mac and Windows, but the problem persists. I do not recommend this at all, especially for businesses in Puerto Rico. Don't waste your time. Esta aplicación es un desastre total. El dashboard se cae constantemente y ni siquiera carga. He invertido mucho tiempo en esto y aun así todos los add-ons que configuré desaparecieron. Ya me he puesto en contacto con soporte, pero tardan una eternidad en responder y no dan soluciones. Intenté borrando cookies y probando tanto en Mac como en Windows, pero el problema sigue igual. No la recomiendo para nada, especialmente para negocios en Puerto Rico. No pierdan su tiempo.
