Customer support and response is quick and very helpful. Highly recommend this app if you are printing or engraving business.

Update: They've updated the app it's working well. Their tech support has been responsive and helpful. I've upgraded my review to 5 stars. I've stuck with this app through the upgrades as it has certain customization options the other's I've viewed don't. I recommend it for your business.

So far so good. I was having trouble getting my variants to sync with the customizer app so I reached out to support. They went in and fixed it for me. Just added it to the website so we will see what the customers thing but as far as support goes, they have been great.

Decided to re-brand my store and allow customers to design their own shirt or use my provided designs at an Affordable Price. I searched high and low and came across Custom Product Designer. From install to configuration the APP was smooth and simple to use. They also have provided A+ customer support. There were some issues that needed resolved and Jay provided timely and fast support. Here is to the new partnership hopefully this will take my store to next level without having to rely on drop-shippers or print on demand providers I now have it in house.
