BOLD Discounts ‑ Flash Sales

THIS IS THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED - AND THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! BE AWARE! I USED THE DISCOUNT TOOL AND IT MESED UP MY PRICING BELOW COST SO I LOST MONEY FOR AN ENTIRE DAY. THE SERVICE REP PROMISED TO FIX THE PROBLEM - AND SEIX HOURS LATER CAME BACK TO ME TELLING THAT I HAD TO MANUALLY CONFIGURE THE 850 AFFECTED PRODUCTS, THE ONLY THING THEY OFFERED AS REMIDY WS 6 MONTHS FREE - WHICH IS A JOKE. I LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AS A RESULT. ON TOP OF IT ALL - THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT. NEVER AGAIN.

Nir was very well informed and tried to help me in everyway possible. was very patient with all my questions. and app is just amazing, i just wish once the product gets added to a certain discount group and if we try to add it again, it would give us a warning. nevertheless great app. i am loving it

App is great, it was a little confusing at first to set up with a discount but Sarah helped me step by step in a very short amount of time with clear instructions. Working great now, thanks again Sarah!

I used this app for our Black Friday sale and will be using it again for Boxing Day. Super user friendly app, and any issues I came across I simply reached out to their amazing customer service team - in particular Parminder was great to work with and so helpful! :)

I use the Bold Discount app to create pre-set site sales, with automated times/dates when they launch and close. Additionally, the customer support is fantastic! Henry and Samuel helped me with a discount code issue that Shopify support could not figure out! Thanks guys!

The app worked ok for me for a while until I just spent 7 hours editing every product manually on my website because the app got stuck loading and loading and brought every item down from $45 and above to $1 or $2.00 and you can only imagine how many sales came in the meantime this was happening so I had to cancel all the orders and refund all the clients. I reached out to bold and no one got back to me. They NEED TO FIX THIS! This mistake cost me more money than what I've paid the app in all the time I've had it.

So far so good with the customer Support from Kaiser! The app is doing what I expect it to, just loaded it today but it's doing exactly what it says and customer support (as I mentioned) over and above as well :-)

Love this app. We used it for Black Friday and it worked amazingly well and VERY easy to use. When I first installed it I reached out to support for some customization and the team there was great. They helped me immediately and were very responsive and helped. Thank you Parminder and Guri
