Bold Discounts ‑ Flash Sales

This is a great app to include as part of marketing tool arsenal. The support is superb too!

Excellent app and even better support! I have a baby gift store and we recently updated our theme and the team at Bold kindly reinstalled their apps in my new theme free of charge and within the hour. I could not have ask for more and would definitely recommend it!

Have being using the Bold Product Discount app now for some time and certainly helps make life easier by quickly picking which items we are going to have on sale, I can assign how much, when they finish and what tags to assign to them. Had some other apps installed that impacted on the coding on the Bold app, i'd emailed their support team, to which Esha and Danni were excellent in not only working out the hard to find issue, but fixed it and also made some minor custom changes so it all worked well on our theme. This is one of the better apps out there adjust your pricing with discounts. The support team is always on point too.

Hats off to the team at Bold for your quick response to my crisis! I sent in a request late Friday night and everything was back up and running by Saturday. I use several of their apps and they are well supported! www.dancewearcorner.com runs way better with Bold!

I use 3 Bold apps and all have helped increase our sales. Product Discount is a quick and easy way to create a sale. I really like being able to set a schedule and the count down clock really drives the sense of urgency. Every time I've had a question I've been able to get support to help out. Really good app that will make your sales bigger and better than ever.

Not impressed that you're not able to set a variant sales price. If your store is user friendly and you use variants please be aware that this app will NOT and they REFUSE to make changes to the app in order to set different sales for the different variants. For example, if you have a product that has 2 variants and the second is just a multi-pack and you want to discount that variant and not the individual variant you CANNOT do that. I've paid for this app for over a year with promises of this addition and nothing still.

This product has great functionality however it has many bugs that have not been addressed over the last year. If you place a large number of items in a discount, the system will often hang or can take hours to apply. Even now, we have a discount with only 9 items and what should take less than a minute has been taking over 30 minutes while we stare a spinning "working" and no way to cancel or restart. So...our marketing campaign is on hold until this program decided to run today (a weekly event) and we're at the mercy of Bold tech support. We can open a ticket but often new tickets now can take over a day to respond so we've lost our window for our Monday promotion. I wish Bold would focus more on making their apps rock solid vs launching more apps and and features. My 2 cents...

great apps, save us a lot of time

Really great powerful app with excellent customer service!

Been using for a few months now. Set is fine and support of some issues has been Very Good. Honestly, by itself, this Product Discount app has not proven itself to us yet. However, working in Tandem with the Product Upsell app, we have been getting good results :)

The combo of Product Discount and Product Upsell has allowed us to create offers that otherwise eluded us. Further, we're not quite as tech-savvy as we'd like, but have found the folks at Bold to be very helpful, and prompt. They have actually exceeded our expectations on customer support.

Very happy with the service! Friendly and quick turnaround and very helpful with installation. We've encountered some issues with products being duplicated after running a BOGO sale and has caused a little trouble for us but we've figured out how to work around it for the most part.

This app is fantastic! It does exactly what it says, and it does it well. A very easy to use app that makes doing a sale very simple. The only problem we have with it is the $14.99 monthly cost. We can't justify spending that much on it. A $4.99 price point would be more feasible.

We use over half of all BOLD apps for our store and this app has really saved us time as it automates our discounts. We can pre-schedule our discounts for an entire month or quarter (ie. black friday or valentines) and they automatically start and stop. It is also integrated with Kit which is amazing so Kit will suggest running discounts on slow-moving products every now and then which is all automated to start and stop. Has really helped us increase sales!

simply dreadful app, the time settings failed to work, so one of our discounts continued on long than planned. I then tried to disable one discount and it will not turn off, subsequently i've deleted the app and discounts are still live! I've emailed support and heard nothing back, its been over 4 days! We have no choice but to re-list every product which still have the discount present. Avoid this app like the plague.

The app is really useful and was easy to implement across the board. The tutorials are great and the code works well. Overall I am happy with the functionality and what was advertised is what you get!
