The combo of Product Discount and Product Upsell has allowed us to create offers that otherwise eluded us. Further, we're not quite as tech-savvy as we'd like, but have found the folks at Bold to be very helpful, and prompt. They have actually exceeded our expectations on customer support.

Very happy with the service! Friendly and quick turnaround and very helpful with installation. We've encountered some issues with products being duplicated after running a BOGO sale and has caused a little trouble for us but we've figured out how to work around it for the most part.

If you are using the App on it's own and you're using no other apps in your store then it is great and does what it's supposed to. Bold's customer support is also great, so from that point of view I can definitely recommend them. However, if you're using other apps, their apps constantly interfere with those and don't work properly. In this specific case I am using another app for wholesale pricing. I constantly list new products in my online store, but if you duplicate a product that is on sale in order to list a new one, the Bold app causes havoc in the shopping cart showing a completely wrong total, even when no items that are on sale are in the shopping cart. This has resulted in customers overpaying their orders. It's rather embarrassing! I had another app conflict with Bold's Wholesale app before I gave up and installed the other one (which works perfectly with no bugs), where the interference of it with another app lead to negative stock that for some reason people were able to buy. Unless Bold can figure out how to make apps that work 100% like my other apps, I won't be installing any more new apps from them. It's a shame.

This app is fantastic! It does exactly what it says, and it does it well. A very easy to use app that makes doing a sale very simple. The only problem we have with it is the $14.99 monthly cost. We can't justify spending that much on it. A $4.99 price point would be more feasible.

We use over half of all BOLD apps for our store and this app has really saved us time as it automates our discounts. We can pre-schedule our discounts for an entire month or quarter (ie. black friday or valentines) and they automatically start and stop. It is also integrated with Kit which is amazing so Kit will suggest running discounts on slow-moving products every now and then which is all automated to start and stop. Has really helped us increase sales!

simply dreadful app, the time settings failed to work, so one of our discounts continued on long than planned. I then tried to disable one discount and it will not turn off, subsequently i've deleted the app and discounts are still live! I've emailed support and heard nothing back, its been over 4 days! We have no choice but to re-list every product which still have the discount present. Avoid this app like the plague.

The app is really useful and was easy to implement across the board. The tutorials are great and the code works well. Overall I am happy with the functionality and what was advertised is what you get!

Updated 3/8/18: I LOVE the way the app appears when I run a sale. I still have not had any sales yet but I know this app will benefit me going forward. I continue to receive GREAT customer service!

Great app! Had a few technical issues with my site. The customer support team tackled each issue fast and efficient. Great customer service. Shout out to Penny! The app is a must to run an online store with constant sales and promotions. This task would be too difficult without the app.

The app does what it says and looks great on your site with the red sale tags and the crossed out prices. New users please test on one collection first before you put your whole store on sale because somehow my discount was applied twice, So that was a bit stressful. After reaching out support I received an almost instant reply and very prompt responses followed by a solution. I would definitely recommend this app if not for its function, definitely for it's support team, they are friendly, informative, and very helpful.

Fabulous App! Would highly recommend this App and customer service was amazing. Super fast, helpful and easy installation and set up. We were up and running in no time and read for BFCM. Great service, great product and super effective.
