Very impressed! The customer service team responds very quickly and do their best to help. I was helped by Dan and Graeme in two different cases and they have both been very clear and prompt with their solutions.

Easy to use! Jessica was helpful in getting my count down timer installed and matched to my store's theme perfectly and quickly. This app will save me and my team a ton of time on discounting many of our phone case products for Black Friday, Cyber Monday & many more sales to come. Bold really out did themselves on this one.

I'm benefiting from the Product Discount app, and using it in conjunction with Bold's Product Upsell is adding further value to my store. They've got some awesome support staff to. A big shout out to Wally, Dan and Valeria who helped sort out an issue with my theme in running a BOGO offer with their apps. Very pleased.

So far so good! Haven't fully gotten into the app yet, but what we have done so far has been super helpful and know will boost sales. I can say for sure that the customer support is amazing, quick, and spot on.

Great app. Nice features, very flexible and easy to use. Expensive up front but one and done, so very affordable over the long haul.

Extremely disappointed in the set up at this point. Paid $30 to have them install the code for Clock and sales icon and still not working. Four other apps got disconnected or stopped working after giving them access. App support is trying to get me to make changes now. Would not recommend this app at this time. Was so looking forward to getting this and other bold apps up and running, now I don’t see using any of their apps at all. SMH!!! So much for having them install to save the aggrevation.

If possible, I'd give this 4.5 stars...we use it all the time at https://groovemonkee.com and it's definitely worth it. The ability to "set and forget" various sales is priceless. Overall, well designed and implemented.

Bold apps are awesome! I'm not a techs girl so they make it easy for me to use. I'm currently using product upsell and product discounts. These two apps give me so many options!

Amazing customer service. Paid the extra fee to install the liquid code and it was done lickity split! This app is everything I was looking for in the budget I wanted to spend. Way to go BOLD, you guys are the BOMB!

discounts haven't been loading all week, minimal support although I've sent maximum tickets and live chat to try and get it sorted my end most of which has been ignored, this is holding up my store and costing me big time!

Suddenly just stopped working altogether. I'm trying to run promotions and the app just keeps loading at the start/stop promotion. Hopefully this gets fixed as it was once a trouble-free app.

Bold's Product discount is so easy to use. We haev been using it now for around 12 months and find it very simple and effective. The support staff and very helpful. We will continue to use Bold products.

To start out with we are using a suite of Bold apps. Customer Pricing, Product Options, Product Upsell, Loyalty Points, Product Discount and Bold Brain. All of the apps working together have allowed us to expand and manage multiple aspects of our business. Customer Pricing allows us to target specific customer groups for professional discount programs by industry. We use targeted marketing to promote registering for the special discount programs. The customers in these groups are tagged and see adjusted pricing as soon as they login to the store. The ease at which the discounting is handled has encouraged the users in these groups to purchasing more frequently. The majority of our catalog is customized or personalized and requires a degree of complexity in presenting the various offerings. Product Options allows us to manage those complex products. Product Upsell allows us to present complementary products when specific products are purchased, Product Discount allows us to create BOGOs, Sales and special promotions all designed to increase revenue. Loyalty Points allows us to build interest and repeat business. All of these apps working together have helped to increase activity in the store. The fact that they are all Bold apps makes them easy to manage and gives us access to the excellent Bold support team
