Brilliant app and a brilliant support. Dan helped a great deal with clear explanations and quick come back. Only downside I found so far is the inability to change product price while sale is on without affecting the automation of the sale on said product but it is a minor issue.

I've only been using this app for a few days, but it works really well and has made putting products in and out of sale very easy and quick to do. This has saved me hours of work for our boxing day sale.

Product Discount saved me a lot of time during the holiday season and it's worth the cost. I like that this is a one time payment product. It's pricey but worth it. So far I've been happy with Bold products and the customer service that I've received. They have a great knowledge base with videos and directions and a good customer service team. Don't waste your money with this app. I wish I hadn't. It doesn't work like they say it will and it's nearly impossible to get help once it's paid for and installed. Many of my items were discounted more than I put in, and right now I set the time for a sale to start incorrectly and it will not let me turn it off or change it no matter what I do. NOT HAPPY with this app & strongly suggest that others DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!

Decided in the 11th hour approaching Black Friday that we should have sale prices reflected on our website rather than relying solely on coupon codes like we had in the past. Found this app and installed it and was able to run a bunch of discounts in just a few minutes without any issues. The basic functionality works great right out of the box, if you want to tweak the 'on sale' tag or use the countdown timer that takes more work but all the promo discounting stuff worked great without any effort. A few days later we finally used their install services for the countdown timer and 'on sale' tag to be a little fancier than the standard, and it was prompt and worked well with no issues. Since then I have had excellent support, prompt chat support from an actual developer who was able to immediately help with any issues with how the sale icon or countdown timer were displaying in our theme, etc.

The product works great so far, just needs some tweaking to help with the product search function when setting up a discount.

Fabulous app idiot proof I use this app to offer one off flash sales or combine it with upsell and it works a treat... offering pop ups at checkout for add on sales. The team are super helpful despite the difference in time zones. Well done BOLD Rewclothing.co.uk

Removing this app because we can't possibly give BOLD any more of our money. The support has been awful, the apps don't work as they say they do and they don't care about our business.

This app is a welcome relief to changing prices each week for our weekly sales. Just add the percentage off, tag it with the collection and forget about it. Starting and ending dates too. We love it!

This app is a disaster! This is Holiday season & this app, instead of working properly, messed up my prices. I activated 30% discount in two collections. The app triggered 30% discounts in three collections, including a duplicate 30%. Thus some of the same products were discounted twice. How horrific! I did switching on & off (wasted several hours) but the error didn't disappear. Given it's the peak season of the year, I'm so pissed off.

Very new to shopify but so far we have installed 6 Bold apps as by far in a way are they best and the support is exceptional.

Wonderful app and completely worth the price! Setup was a breeze, but did take some reading and time. However, you can also pay a small fee to have them install for you. I followed the directions and didn't have a problem setting everything up myself. This app is extremely useful if you are looking to run a site-wide sale or a category or product specific sale. You schedule the sale start and end dates and it runs on autopilot. I like it because I can run a sale that doesn't require a coupon code. So, if I want to send out a coupon code on top of the sale price to email subscribers I can do that too. Very useful since Shopify only allows one coupon code per transaction. Customer service is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this app!

I see the potential but it missed half the products on my first sale. Had to do a manual work around. Bold says updated version coming out. They just don't know when.

After using this app for years I finally found that this app is causing the issue with my products being disallowed from Google Merchant Center. When you run a sale with Bold it does not send the sale price to GMC, therefore resulting in your product to be disallowed. I reached out to support and they tried telling me it was a Shopify issue. Yet when I run a sale using the Shopify Discount, I have no issues. It's a great app provided you don't have a product feed.
