Great app and very functional for sure, although I guess I didn't need to update and start paying the subscription but it was worth it. The interface is much nicer and easier to use, but other than that I haven't noticed much to make it worth $19.99 USD per month. I'm still purchasing it don't worry - but that's why it's a 4 Star for value.

Unfortunately, automatic install messed our theme and custom installation by app tech support didn't work either.

Unless you have a TON of time do NOT update this app from an earlier version. I would recommend waiting until forced (cross your fingers it won't happen). They will offer a 'free' manual install if you have a customized theme but I don't know about you, but I don't want anyone messing with my theme code (which they don't have any experience with) with no oversight. Overall I'd lump this app in with the general bad IT practices that are far too common with the Shopify community, but that shouldn't give them a pass. UPDATE: I ended up letting them do the modifications on our store after they assured me that they knew what they are doing. Well, once they did the work (totally unannounced) our cart no longer worked (our customer service let me know) so I had to roll it all back. They also left a published test-product sitting around for purchase.

At Bold's request, I am updating my review, and i am glad they asked me to. They do take feedback and implement changes. I previously had a bad experience with an upgraded version of this app, but recent fixes have made it my go-to for running sales on our site. This app will do in a few seconds what would take much much longer to do by hand on the Shopify back-end. It is way easier to install, and you have complete control over where the sales icons and timers appear, or when they appear. It does take some getting used to the interface. The one thing that is important to keep in mind is: make sure you turn off all sales before you change pricing in your inventory. This system will handle the calculations for % or $ discounts. IF you change something while a sale is running, you risk not getting your MSRP pricing back. Aside from that, it is pretty easy to setup your groups, and easier still to get your sales going with time limits. Give it a chance!! its worth it.

We already paid a yearly fee of $99 in May, now asking me to pay $20/ month on top? Ridiculous! Would like refund please!

Super easy to install and set up!!! The only thing missing is the ability to edit the colors of the sales tags. ;) LOVE IT!

not to easy to use, has some bugs. I have been trying to set up a discount for a while. But it looks nice.

In new version one minute the price is showing with discount applied, but then when I go back 5 minutes later, there is no longer any discount applied to product price. Very strange.

Very easy to set up. I think this will save us a lot of time in the future. Set up my first discount in seconds and the install was easy too.

Terrible customer service. After deleting the app per their instructions it had still left code on my website. It has now change the way my products display and left some products that never had discounts with multiple prices. I have sent 2 emails, I have also had Shopify help contact them with no reply! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The app is great. If your theme is a bit complex, the bot installation might mess up things a bit so I recommend using the expert install. Priyanka from costumer support did a fantastic job and together with Jade from the developers team, fixed my issues in matter of seconds.

I decided to go with another bold app, and of course I needed help. I think I deleted the app about 4 times out of frustration and tried other apps, but I kept on coming back to this one. I decided to reach out for help, and I was happy I did. I ended up getting Aryan Sharma. I was happy about that, because Aryan did at outstanding job with helping me with the bold upsell app. I promise you, if it wasn't for Aryan I would have given up on both apps. Awesome customer service!!

The app is far better than majority of others I have tried. You're able to have multiple discounts at once and add products in quickly and easily. The support is great, they will always help where they can. The only thing I've noticed is a slight time lag - when you click from page to page to view products, for a second there is no sale and then it pops up a second later. I do have a large catalogue and perhaps that is why. Overall, highly recommend!
