Though I'm not done with configuring all the features yet, the app meets my requirements for my most critical need - search filtering. I tried numerous apps and none of them had all the "must-have" features like filtering on custom metafields, and ability to filter by metafields, collections, categories, tags. I had a couple of issues during configuration that Clara resolved for me immediately. She has been incredibly responsive responding to questions and quickly resolving any glitches I have encountered. I measure a company by how well and quickly they respond when issues inevitably occur - Clara gets 5+ stars!

Just started with Globo. App looks good and there customer service reaction time is very fast :)

Really bad app for the price being charged, many of the filters do not work . For everything we need to get in touch with the support to make it work. DO NOT RECOMMEND this ..

Simple and really flexible app -- got great custom implementation support from Clara. We launched a new Shopify site using a custom 3rd party theme for Shopify. We've used the app for a good while and found it easy to expand out filter options over time. We have a very large amount of SKUs, so we need a lot granular filters that can nest easily within different categories by both tags and collection. There was a visual bug with the app's product/collection card layout overriding out new one and the team quickly made some tweaks for free. Clara was the team member who helped; super quick response time (less than 10 min back and forth email chat). Recommend for stores with similar filter needs.

Had difficulty for showing up product prices but after customer support, They sorted that out very quickly and did everything we asked for. They were very flexible, patient and easy to deal with.

Although the app can occasionally have bugs, the customer support is solid (thanks, Clara) and issues are resolved promptly.

Rocky start but overall great customer service! I do wish some of the stuff was more intuitive but overall still a great product & team!

I had a few bugs with our theme store. Emailed the support team and the response was always instantly. They solved every issue just as fast. The support like this is truly rare.

Shopify Plus merchants should be aware that this application encounters frequent issues concerning the display of the correct catalog price. Sometimes the collection pages show the base price, and a manual sync is required to fix it. Other times the manual sync does not fix it, and Globo's technical support team has to get involved. Sometimes the prices are off by a factor of 1000, which again can be fixed by either re-syncing, manually fixing the liquid code or getting the Globo support involved. We have encountered issues like these every few weeks, and we finally decided to bypass Globo's price display implementation and used a Metafield-based solution we created on our own. Problems solved. The rest of the application is rather excellent and we use it across many stores successfully with only a few occasions per year where the application does not function and collection pages will fail to render. If you can accept that level of uptime, this app is a good choice. 2.5 / 5 stars: (Shopify Plus) 5 / 5 stars: (Shopify)
