Smart Product Filter & Search

Really happy with Smart Product Filter & Search. We recently made quite a few changes to our Shopify theme and ended up with some issues affecting search, filters and sorting. The support team was fantastic—they were quick to respond, investigated everything we raised, and worked with us until it was all sorted. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they kept us updated along the way. It's refreshing to deal with a support team that genuinely wants to help. Highly recommended.

Clara was very helpful and patient with me when asking to adapt my theme to suit our needs. Only used it for a few hours and am already impressed with the customer service and how this app works. Just gone to sign up after the free trial and the original price shown was $39/month now its jumped up to $359/month so unfortunately I won't be signing up. Very good model but just a shame it's too expensive.

I have a store with hundreds of poster prints, and this app has been the missing piece I've been looking for. I only wanted a clean, simple search bar without the extra filters and buttons, but I couldn't figure out how to set it up myself. Clara from support responded within minutes and had everything configured exactly the way I wanted. Outstanding customer service, and the improved search experience has made it much easier for our customers to find what they're looking for.
