The support has been incredible so far. Clara is a rock star support manager. We are still finishing integration, so will update when we have more experience with the app!

Great app, we haven't had any issues with it. Support is very responsive, we have used this app for several years but still get quick response. I needed help setting up a new filter and then making a styling change, and support tech Clara was very easy wo work with. Thanks!

This is the best supported app I have ever used. Clara, Sarah and Helen have all been exceptional, they respond quickly and are happy to work with their devs to implement requests. The app itself performs exactly as I would hope, with a lot of depth and customisation options. This is making a huge improvement to the usability of my store. 100% recommend this app and this level of support - it is a game-changer.

I’m very happy with Smart Product Filter & Search. The app is much more intuitive than many other filter apps I’ve tried and is easy to set up and manage. I initially had difficulties keeping my original product grid from my theme, which was very important to me. This is where Steven from the support team really stood out — he responded quickly, understood the issue immediately, and helped me resolve it efficiently. Outstanding support: professional, friendly, and technically very knowledgeable. Overall, the app feels well thought out, flexible, and powerful without being overly complicated. If you’re looking for advanced filtering while preserving your theme’s original layout, this app is an excellent choice. Big thanks to Steven and the team — a clear 5-star recommendation!

The app does a great job providing user friendly filtering options. When I have reached out to the developer they are very responsive and fix problems quickly. The only negative is that I have had the app fail on several occasions. It wasn't until I notice the failures and contacted Globosoftware that the issues are addressed.

This app works exactly as expected and has made product filtering and search on my store much smoother and more intuitive. Setup was easy, and the customization options are really flexible without being overwhelming. What truly sets this app apart, though, is the support. Clara was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient, making sure everything worked perfectly for my needs. It’s rare to get such attentive and knowledgeable support, and it made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this app — both the product and the team behind it are fantastic.

Excellent customer service and the app works very well. We had an issue with the app settings over-riding the theme settings and the support team resolved the issue overnight, and had great follow-up communication as well. I appreciated Clara's commitment to making sure the issue was resolved to our specification and providing us the back-up information we requested.
