I have tried several different apps to add filtering, this one is by far and away the simplest and most elegant solution. Installation is very easy, price is affordable and functionality is second to none. Cannot recommend enough!

I just read some of the negative reviews and think they're being a bit harsh. This app works perfectly for me, though I made my own filters to work specifically on the collections that I want instead of their recommended all product collections. customer service has been great - if I email them they respond usually within 24 hours. I actually emailed them because one of my filters wasnt working properly, and it was a USER (myself) error. I had set up a filter for a specific collection to show products by tags and couldnt figure out why a certain tag wasnt working - turns out those tagged products werent in the collection I was filtering. Added them in, resynced, and boom it works. Yes you have to resync often, but it takes like 2 minutes so who cares? I also emailed them about another thing - I wanted to display product type rather than product vendor and they told me their app wasnt set up that way but they took the time to write me out the code and send me screen shots of where to add it. honestly - what more do you want from an app?? it works and the customer service gets back to you with resolutions.

App is very easy to install and use. I use it to filter products on color, size and price. I had a small issue integrating it with my theme layout (Brooklyn), so I asked the user support for help, and they helped me out in less then 12 hours! Great service!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! THIS IS SO BAD! This app hides your STOCK AND COLLECTIONS. You must resync often, it causes slow loading and hides products randomly. THIS IS A SCAM APP. DO NOT DOWNLOAD YOUR WEBSITE WILL BE MADE SHIT ! They offer no help or support. This is the second time we have used and will be the last. Sooooooooooooooo bad, so angry that this company exists should be made to shut down.

Very impressed with this app so far from a few weeks of use. Had a few questions on set up and received a reply within 24hrs from customer service (who appears to be on opposite side of the globe so I'm happy with that timeliness). The Filters were easy to set up, easy to implement, seamless integration with my theme at a click of the button and I haven't seen lag on my site from the addition. Customization for swatches was a breeze and it displays great on desktop and mobile. Very happy so far.

Great app with amazing support. We were happy with this app when it was just a navigational filter app, so now that it includes a free search feature too, it's even better for the same cost. Every time we've wanted to adjust something or where there have been little niggles with the app not quite working right, support has always resolved the matter really quickly. To summarise, it's easy to use once you know what you're doing and if you don't - just contact support and they'll help :-) Helen was superb from start to finish. Once again thank you Helen.

Great app with the functionality I was looking for. Best part is the support, the support team has been very responsive and helpful. The newest update has also improved the plugin. Highly recommend this plugin if you have lots of products and would like to have custom filters.

Application has stopped working, no advice why, not able to get support. They do not offer 24/7.. Today is a disaster as none of my products are showing on my website, they have all gone. So many lost sales today and i cannot contact anyone

This App works and suddenly it will be down and you will not see any filters. I am using this App from past 6 months and I have faced issue multiple times. Today the App is down and i am not able to see all the products in the website and it effected my sales. I am not sure if there is any maintenance activity or the developer doesn't care to inform about it. I request everyone to stay away from this app. Not worth having it. Make sure to select an App which has 24/7 support, a working phone number maybe and notify customers properly when App is going thru maintenance activities etc. I am updating my review based on your reply here. If you have upgraded your App from Version 4 to 5, did you inform all your customers about the upgrade so the stores can check proactively to see if there are any issues and report them to you immediately. So you guys are upgrading an App and not testing if the App is backward compatible. Remember stores are paying for your App and this is not a free service.

There is something wrong with this app. Functionality is ok but the performance is not stable. App crashes and all filtered inventory goes off line.

I've only had this app for about a week but so far so good. Very user-friendly and quick customer service when I had a few customization issues.
