Smart Product Filter & Search

support is non responsive and app is locked or buggy- we unable to access any of the features at all. The documentation looks nothing like what we see. Each time we try to access a page on the back end it only shows one page - nothing works at all.

Amazing customer support who were able to build a custom feature for us. An essential app who I would recommend to anyone needing more powerful search and filtering.

Good app, nice addition for your webshop. If there are problems with the app, they will respond within 24 hours and resolve it quickly.

Great app. Provides functionality that should be in all shopify stores imo. They also provide fast customer service.

After trying a few apps, I found the Gem. I do not know why this app has any poor rating. We are a small fashion online business and needed a filter for our site which is mobile friendly and desktop friendly. I tried the free version of the is app and didn't take long to find my way around the app. However whenever I hit a problem I sent an email to "contact us" button on the bottom left hand side, and someone would come back to me within hours at most 24 hours. Great Communication, very willing to assist, and very helpful team. I would definitely recommend this app and its features. if they don't suite you, and you need additional help, contact the app team and they are very willing to help with what you need even if it is not part of the app already. Great work from Helen thank you for prompt responses and helping me sett up this app even though I am still in the free period...

Installed the app. our site broke 12 hours later. missing sections of website, pictures all over the place etc BE CAREFUL

We had issue with this app in our theme layout, we wrote to the support and they answered rather quickly and fixed this issue.

I just installed it and it was an easy task. I had an issue with the layout of my theme and the support team fixed it. The only thing is not so great is that you need to manually synchronise the products in their app, otherwise it would be a 5 star review.

I've had this app for about a year and I've been happy with it. I've recently realised it was having issues with my reviews app so I contacted the them and they replied within 20mins and spent the next 24hrs creating an integration. I'm very impressed with how promptly they sorted out the issue. Great work!

I asked for some help and they respond immediately. The app is amazing. Unfortunately it's not possible to make collection pages based on an active filter.

The support is very active and the dev guys will solve your problems immediately. I recommend the app, it has a lot of features and it brings you quality sales, saving the customers from spending too much time, making a decision. Thanks, guys!
