This app is absolutely essential for us. Without it, we would not be able to run our site. The features are powerful, installation and integration into our theme worked very well, and the few interactions we have had with the Globo Software technical support were all 100% successful. We choose to use Smart Product Filter & Search just because it had the functionality we needed. However, we soon learned that they have a great team that supports the success of the app. We needed some customizations to the app and there were very responsive and quick to provide us with what we needed. We also had our developer change a file that caused errors with the app. The support team of the app quickly came in and helped us resolved the issue. I highly recommend this app and its team!

We have been using the app for two years. Our store sells similar products in different sizes, colors, materials etc. The filter function has helped us reduce excess stock and makes it so much easier for customers to select products according to their preferences. Smart Product Filter & Search is literally the most indispensable app in our store. Any technical questions that have come up over the times, where always instantly taken care off. Keep up the good work!

We used this app to add a filter to the top of our collection page but experienced some difficulty with customisation of colors/style. We switched to an alternate plugin, but the support staff at Globo were helpful even uninstalling their code.

Nice app! I chose it because it's possible (and very easy) so customize the filters, I can choose exactly what filters and which values to filter by for each collection which was important for us. Very easy to work with and support has been very helpful and fast in fixing the small issues we had with integrating it into our theme.

Constant issues. I've had the app for 10 months and almost MONTHLY I find a new issue where the app isn't working properly and I have to contact support. It's a waste of my time and I should not have to keep checking the app if it's doing what it's supposed to. Support is fairly quick at responding to issues but ultimately the app doesn't function properly and it's been a waste of money and time for me.

Cannot recommend enough. This app has added some desperately needed functionality to our store. Being a car parts provider, its crucial for customers to be able to filter by their vehicle and this was made possible by this app. I must also give a shout out to the customer service team. Just before Black Friday we ran into a few issues but they were solved quickly and efficiently.

Great app...until it suddenly froze up on when I tried to reindex my site on BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND! Removing it broke my entire site. From what I can tell, they changed the way the app worked like the day before Black Friday. How stupid is that? I really loved this app, but now I am so frustrated I could cry. We are losing sales and everything on my site is broken and none of the links I relied on with the app filtering are working.
Hi There, I'm sorry for your inconvenience. After check with Shopify API team. I found this bug is only appear in some stores. It because we changed to Bulk API to sync products and also bugs of Bulk API. We have fixed the bugs in out end. But we still looking for Shopify API to fix the bug from BULK API.

A great app for the impulse theme. I must appreciate the support from the app team. They respond quickly and solve problems quickly. We opted for the app for the multi-select filter and it works perfectly fine. One drawback I would say is "Buy now" on the pop up of the collection page doesn't work. All over a great app for filters.
