I uninstalled this app now none of my products are visible. I have reached out to support for some assistance, but I see I am not the only one who is having this problem

I tried to reach the customer service and wait for whole day but no one reply. If you change the product ratio you need them to help you to change. But no one reply.

Their technical support did a fast and great job dealing with some adjustments needed to fit our purposes

Had issues with breaking Filter and uninstalling but the App itself is perfect. Support helped me quickly to fix a couple of bugs regarding the app and now works perfectly. If you have issues don't hesitate to contact their support which works.

This app definitely deserves a 5 star with it's function and the SUPPORT from the back. It works with the tags. It took me some time to figure it out but the results are just what we need. They is live chat support during the night (I am from US) and they always respond you in email within 24 hours or less. Great app! Great SUPPORT!

This app is very useful. It gives you so many features. Now I have option to sort products, to filter them with custom fields like safety hazard level, industry, protection level etc, all done through tags, which makes it very easy. CSS files and quick view template are editable and are in the theme as well free to edit. Support is very responsive and they fixed all my issues and satisfied all of my needs. I needed create color tags and then have a swatch for those color tags. So that Color filter goes through tags and not the color option. In less then 12 hours, I noticed a change on my website and it all works seamlessly now. I appreciate this app very much, it gives life to the website and customer experience is so much better. Thanks.

Great support, pretty easy to use (much easier than others i have tried)

Do not install this app! It will mess up all of your themes! I duplicated my theme so that I would have a back up theme to go back to if this app did not work out, and it installed on every single theme! It took me forever to get my store back to normal. I think it has potential, but overall, not a good app!

I love this application!! Simple use, no codes needed and has all the filters i wanted to add on my shop. The support i received is amazing. They reply and assist and fix immediately!!! Thank you so much!!! I definetely recommend this!!!
