We've only just finished the trial but so far our experience with this app for our large catalogue has been great. It does exactly what I was hoping it would, helping our customers find precisely what they're looking for. Helen in support was helpful when I had questions or issues with adding the app to our theme.

There are tons of benefits to this app and really just one con: there is no real documentation on how to implement, configure, and customize your filters. If you're a DIYer using the app, you will need to work with their support team. The upside is, their support team is very efficient.
