I've used at least 4 different search and filter apps over 7 years in e-comm and 15k+ product catalogue. This app if lightyears better than the others - especially thanks to the speedy and thorough support - thanks Helen! The search results do need some custom tweaking to figure out how best the algo will index your products, but overall works well.

Super happy with the level of customer support - response time was immediate and the staff member (Helen) assisting me was the best. Jumped right into help and took on the burden of the work that I didn't know how to handle. Walked me through the rest of it. Very satisfied with my experience so far.

A good app. It helps us improve conversion rates. It's also easy to set up and helps our customers find their products among our collections. The technical support is good. I had a problem with the search, but they helped us quickly. It was good and fast.

We love the filter system. Recently an error occurred where an extra 0 was being added to all our product costs in our collections in error. I got in touch with the team and they had it sorted within 30 minutes. Great service.
