Fantastic customer support, we have been using this app since we started with Shopify. Over the years we have had a couple of small issues. Both ended up being user error on our part. The Globo team jumped on these issues super fast (even after hours) and showed us what we were doing wrong. I highly recommend their products!

Smart Product Filter & Search has been a great addition to our store. It’s fast, customizable, and makes it easy for customers to find what they’re looking for. We’ve especially appreciated the ability to filter by metafields and the smooth integration with our theme. Plus, their support team is super responsive.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP! We've used this app for a very long time, but we encountered some weird issues during this time as well, never knew it was all due to this app. After adding a few new products and synchronising the app, all of a sudden almost all of our collection pages (also irrelevant pages for the new products) kept showing 'there are no products available in this collection'. On a live shop with thousands of visitors each day this costs a lot of money to not have any of your products shown on the collection page. As we suspected it was due to the app, we removed the app and our website is working perfectly again within a second. When working properly the app works fine and is easy to use with a lot of options, but if you're unaware and customers won't give you a heads-up about it, it could potentially cost you (tens of) thousands of dollars dependend on your average revenue..

How it comes you're so expensive and yet never available online? Honestly, I’ve been using your service for months and just realized other apps offer much better support — even on weekends — and at a lower cost. I won’t be recommending you anymore.

We contacted support to get the Smart Product Filter & Search app working with our theme’s default product grid, and Helen was able to sort it out incredibly quickly. She’s been amazing—super responsive, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. The app itself is excellent, does exactly what we need, and integrates seamlessly. Highly recommend both the app and the support team!

The great thing about this app is it adopts to your theme style (not 100% but with just a few little tweaks it's all good!). Has good support as well - very responsive. (Thanks to Helen for assisting me on the issues that I have encountered)

Fantastic app, works far better than my themes default filter. I made several requests to their support to make some adjustments, which were all implemented quickly and to exactly what I had asked for. Helen from their support has incredible knowledge of the app, and no task was to much to ask for.
