We're very happy with the filters and the search engine developed by Globo. It's fast, reliable, very good looking and highly customisable. The customer service team is also very helpful and always happy to assist you with any enquires. Had a couple of issues with the YMM filter from my end and they resolved everything promptly. If you're looking for an app to organise your products for your customers along with an excellent customer service, definitively Smart Product Filter and Search by Globo is the way to go. Love the simplicity of the app. To the point and very lightweight on the theme. Loads quickly and easy to configure as well. The support is amazing and helped us in customise the app as per our need.

Love using this app. I really wanted a filter app that could handle all of our variants, and this was the perfect solution. The team is also so responsive and gets back to my inquiries no later than 24 hours after I send it in. Would highly recommend!

Support: the team here at Globo did really great with my requests. I had multiple revisions done with this app to make sure it fit with the rest of our upcoming store update and they completed all of them with ease. App: If you have a store with a large amount of products, this app really helps refine and customise your filters to fit perfectly to each collection. The new storefront I've designed cannot work without this app - it's just too good and has opened up my design options dramatically.

Great app and great fast support. I have used the app for many years now. I did only recently have a small problem that occured in the search field, that lead to the search field did not working properly, i contacted the support right away and they solved the problem in less than 30 minutes without hesitation, amazing! We use this for the product filtering capabilities and love it. Pretty easy to use, especially when using manually selected tags. Had an issue with the slider feature and their customer service was super prompt and did a great job.

There are a lot of filter apps available, but this is the one you should use. They have the fastest, most comprehensive and helpful customer service and tech support I've ever seen for a 3rd party app - and the app itself is extremely robust. It is 100% worth the price, especially if you have a store with lots of products that need extremely specific, individually customized and unique filters. If you're coming from a tag-based system, this will be a cakewalk for you. Also - don't neglect optimizing your search bar!!

This app is amazing. It allows for much better customization than my default Shopify theme's filter. What's even better, however, is the customer service; I had some trouble integrating the app into my theme, so I sent them an email. Even though it was over the weekend, they quickly responded and resolved the issue before it was Monday. I even asked them for help integrating another app of theirs within the same email thread, which was annoying of me, and yet they were still kind and resolved the issue quickly. Definitely give it a try, I highly recommend it :)
