after reviewing a lot of filter apps this one was the one with the most customisation needs for our store, easy user interface to customise filter trees and their support is exceptionally good and super fast.

The search feature stopped working suddenly on mobile and tablet. was only functional on desktops. asked for support to help out with this they said to purchase a paid plan and blamed us for the issue. They said they will only help if we gave money to them every month. highly dissapointed. They said because we changed the code it happened but confirmed if we get the paid plan they will sort it out. this is absolutely bullying and unethical behaviour.

Great app

We've been really happy with the functionality and utility of the app. When we ran into some redirect issues after launching our new market, Globo was quick to solve the issue. I spoke to Helen who was extremely helpful and solved the issue instantly. Really happy with the support :)

Excellent value for the cost. Especially helpful in splitting variants on collection pages. Good customer service too, we had a problem with the automatic frequent sync not fully helping us, so they forced an automatic daily full manual sync at a certain time. Happy.
