The app is easy to navigate and has tons of useful features. Customer service is also amazing - Helen and her team are extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring all my requirements were met.

Clean Simple and Effective! Fantastic support team too. On many occasions I've requested customisations that I figured were to complex to expect of a support team and they've completed them hastily every time. Strongly recommend - I use this one multiple stores and it's always my first recommendation.

I love that you are able to display product variants as separate product cards on your collection pages. Example: If you have a T-shirt that is offered in 4 different colors, you can display each color as a separate product to fill out your collection pages. It allows customers to easily view the different variants straight from the collection pages! The support team is also great. I had a feature I wanted to integrate and Helen was able to assist me right away.

This is my first time using Smart Product Filter & Search App. I would say it is definitely a great app. First of all, in terms of performance, I use the Athens theme template, and the app can be well integrated with my theme, and it looks like a whole, making my website layout perfect and beautiful. Moreover, it loads very quickly. When I click on the filter value, the results are always loaded quickly, which is undoubtedly a very good experience for the visitors of our website. In addition, the team service of Globo is also great. Especially the technician Helen, who gave me great support. When I tried to write a ticket for the first time, I thought I would have to wait a long time to get a reply. Unexpectedly, someone replied to the email very quickly. Helen is a very smart and excellent technician. She can always quickly understand the various customized problems I raised and quickly help me solve them to achieve the effect I want. I would like to thank Helen again. If you need a filter app, Smart Product Filter & Search is definitely not to be missed.

I was really impressed with the support—response time was lightning fast, and the fix was spot-on! Helen's assistance was outstanding; my bug was resolved in no time. Although it turned out to be a known issue and I wish the service update had already addressed it, overall, I'm completely satisfied with the support. No complaints at all!

We have 20,000 products, and this app manages them flawlessly. The support is exceptional—truly above and beyond. Recently, I reached out with a question, and instead of a long email exchange, they went in and made the change for me within a day. Absolutely amazing!

Only on the trial period and they have already delivered outstanding customer service. Both Helen and Steven helped with a feature request from their app and within 24 hour, have adjusted coding to get exactly what we need! Will be using this software after the trial without a doubt!
