Before running this store, I had already been a loyal customer of this product for three years. If you're looking for an app that can effectively categorize products and enhance the search experience on your Shopify store, then Globo Product Filter & Search is indeed an excellent choice. What's just as impressive as the product itself is the enthusiasm of the Globo team, with technical support services responding within 24 hours. I especially want to thank Helen for her warm and helpful support every time. You guys are the best!

This app is great and the customer support is quick. We recently had an issue that appeared to have been caused by Shopify updates where it removed our styling to our search. Helen went above and beyond in trying to contact us and help with our issue. She resolved it quickly, and communicated thoroughly what the problem was.

Great App with Top-Notch Customer Support! I’ve used this app on two different shops now, and it’s the best out there. The options are robust, and the interface is super easy to navigate. The instant search feature on the collection page is an incredible addition, making it easy to explore our large catalog. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, their customer support has been quick to respond, helpful, and thorough. A special shout-out to Helen—she always goes above and beyond, following up to ensure we’re completely satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!

Globo customer service is top tier. I need to have coding updated on the app so that our Thank You page can run seamlessly with Shopify's new updates and they completed the job within 24 hours.

The support and technical team at Globo, especially Helen and David, have been outstanding! They customized the app’s code perfectly to meet our requirements and were extremely patient and proactive with every request we made. While one or another issue arised while implementing the app in our shop (i guess this is the case with any app), Helen and the globo support team helped to fix them as fast and competent as we could wish for. The support is excellent.
