We love the filter system. Recently an error occurred where an extra 0 was being added to all our product costs in our collections in error. I got in touch with the team and they had it sorted within 30 minutes. Great service.
(0 Stars) We’ve been using this app for a long time, but unfortunately, the reliability has been consistently poor. This is not a one-off issue, outages and syncing failures happen almost every month. During our recent sale, products completely disappeared from all collection pages due to the app not functioning properly. Customers were unable to browse or purchase, which directly impacted our business. This resulted in a revenue loss of over $5,000 during a critical sales period. What’s more concerning is that the response is usually the same “temporary server issue” with no clear long-term fix or preventive measures shared. Suggested workarounds like disabling filters or app embeds are not real solutions, as they defeat the purpose of using the app in the first place. For a paid app that plays such a critical role in storefront functionality, this level of instability is unacceptable. Unless there are significant improvements in reliability and infrastructure, we cannot recommend this app to other businesses.

5 Star PLUS! We built our whole website around this apps features and have LOVED how it performs for us and our customers. It looks great across all platforms and works perfect on mobile. It is easy to use and organize all of our products and product lines. The search feature is fun and interactive. We're beyond impressed with the help team (Helen and Steven - I'm looking at you!!) and they go above and beyond to not only help resolve issues, but to also bring in a whole customized approach to the filter as needed. Helen and Steven are quick about responses and also making sure we are kept in the loop through the process. They are knowledgeable and great at further explaining capabilities. We have personalized products that have to be pushed directly to the product page and cannot be added via "quick buy" and they helped us develop and control the app to fit those needs. I could go on and on about how amazing Globo is as a company and all of their app products are amazing, but this app and team are by far our favorite.
Globo customer team offer excellent support. Any queries/issues are dealt with so quickly. We find having the size filter on our website really useful.

Fantastic customer support! They responded to all of my emails in a punctual manner wand were very kind and accommodating throughout the whole process. I never hesitate to contact support whenever I have a problem, as I know they care about their product and clients.

I have both Smart Product Search and Wishlist Plus apps installed on my store, and initially, Smart Product Search caused the heart icon on product pages (from Wishlist Plus) to disappear. I reached out to their support team and granted them backend access to resolve the issue. While their first fix wasn’t exactly what I expected, they didn’t stop there. After some troubleshooting, they went above and beyond to seamlessly fix the conflict so both apps now work perfectly together, and the heart icon is back exactly where it should be. I truly appreciate their dedication and outstanding customer support — they exceeded my expectations!
