I have used a number of search apps and this one is great. First, it is less expensive than competing apps, but the functionality is comparable. The search functionality and UI are both great, as is the ability to load CSS for themes. You can even split variants. As a request, from the dashboard, it would be nice to fix not being able to access all the features and to have automatic translation of keywords.

I've been testing several filter and search apps and the support team for Smart Product Filter & search won me over. I had some basic setup issues but their team helped resolve them quickly. I'm mainly using the filter functionality and highly recommend this app.

We had an issue with the app overriding some settings regarding how the product grid is displayed. Helen was able to help us get it fixed quickly and show us how to make the fix ourselves in future updates.

Very fast customer service. If you can't find something on your own, it is best to ask them directly. They may be able to do it on their end for you.

Helen & the team were very prompt and helpful in helping sort out any bugs or issues during App integration. Email thread got quite long and sometimes points were missed or not explained in much detail during the back and forth but overall happy with the service! There are still more features we want to implement and Helen & the team seem very receptive to any questions.

We inherited shopify site from one of our partners. As part of the code was generated by old version app, we are not able to figure out the issue. After opening ticket, we got an immediate response from both support and development teams. Developement team got collab access and identified issue with our environment. Thanks a lot to Helen who helped to fix sort and filter.
