Solid app with a few hurdles at first: I initially had a rough experience with this app due to some major glitches that impacted my storefront—checkout was blocked, products weren’t showing, and my site would occasionally freeze. It took a few frustrating support tickets (including with Shopify) to trace the root cause, one of which turned out to be a conflict with Smart Filter while having Afterpay installed. To their credit, the support team was responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issue. Since then, it’s been running smoothly and doing what I need it to do. The interface can be a bit confusing, and I’ve had to reach out for help more than once, but they’ve always come through with solutions. Overall, it's a good tool—just be prepared for a small learning curve and make sure it plays nicely with any other apps you’re using.

It's a feature-rich filter and search app, which most stores need. An improvement on the standard Shopify filter. Easy to set up with no technical knowledge, and support is responsive and friendly.

I'm using several Globo apps and despite their great Software I want to highlight their superb support. They even helped me with code that was not directly linked to their app (but affecting it) where other agencies would have asked me to pay for. Always fast responding, friendly and supportive.

Used this app just to display variants as separate products. But this app comes with a lot of issues. Several times every week I have to reach out to the customer service because our badges look weird, badges say wrong stuff, the filters are wrong, stuff on the site changes font and colors and so on and so on. They get a 2 stars because the customer service is fast and solves issues even though the issues come back in a few days.

Great app with Really Great Customer Support! I've been looking for a better product filter app for my store than offers more. Others i've seen were limited in what I wanted to do. This ones is easy to work with and if you run into any issues their customer support is fantastic!
