Unfortunately, we've had nothing but negative experiences with this application and their support team. I've had to manually sync the app every 15 minutes today or the application will show the products as sold out on site. We've checked everything on the back end and this is 100% due to the application malfunctioning. I'd email them but we've never received a response from the developer in the last 2 years. We're moving on to another service that provides customer support.

This app has been amazing for my business. Periodically have some minor updates I would like to make to the way my products show up and the team is always super helpful and quick to respond.

I have been using this application for several years now and I find it to be extremely helpful for managing products within larger collections. I am frequently testing and playing around with different themes on our store which causes alot of self inflicted problems and their customer support is always extremely quick and helpful at resolving my issues. Helen was the last person I've worked with and was exceptionally great but I've had a pleasant experience with everyone else I've encountered in the past aswell.

Helen helps me a lot!!! The app is a great tool. It solves some issues shopify can not deal with. Customer support is also great!

This app is a great tool for our business. It helps customers find their products by searching or filtering. The customer support, especially Helen is great to work with. Helen is informative and quick to respond to our inquiries or if there's an urgent requirement. We've used Smart Product Filter & Search for a couple years now and it's an integral part of our ecommerce user experience.

When the previous App I had been using for several years just vanished one day, it left my website unable to function at all. As someone who knows very little about the tech side of the business I turned to the help team at Shopify who recommended this App. It was the best advice. It has been amazing and my business is back working. Helen talked me through every step, so even I could understand. I highly recommend the App and the helpful Helen. This is brilliant. Thank you. I would not only recommend to use this app, but the Globo suite in general. The UI of the app is easy to use, and any customisations you need, their development team will implement for you quickly and easily. The Globo customer service team and as good as it gets, fast replies and quick solutions.

We had an issue with integrating the app with a 3rd party theme. I contacted customer service and Helen was very knowledgeable and was able to help resolve the glitches.

The app is VERY EASY to use. It works perfectly to filter by variant, which is a pain in Shopify. The customer support team is also wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommended.
