We have been using the app for about a month now, and it has changed the style and navigation of our site for the better. Great support from their team and Helen has assisted me with any questions or problems I had. I look forward to continue to customize our Shopify store more with the app.

Fantastic customer support, we have been using this app since we started with Shopify. Over the years we have had a couple of small issues. Both ended up being user error on our part. Smart Product Filter & Search has been a great addition to our store. It’s fast, customizable, and makes it easy for customers to find what they’re looking for. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP! We've used this app for a very long time, but we encountered some weird issues during this time as well, never knew it was all due to this app. After adding a few new products and synchronising the app, all of a sudden almost all of our collection pages (also irrelevant pages for the new products) kept showing 'there are no products available in this collection'. On a live shop with thousands of visitors each day this costs a lot of money to not have any of your products shown on the collection page. As we suspected it was due to the app, we removed the app and our website is working perfectly again within a second. When working properly the app works fine and is easy to use with a lot of options, but if you're unaware and customers won't give you a heads-up about it, it could potentially cost you (tens of) thousands of dollars dependend on your average revenue..

This app works so good! Made our website so much better and our conversion rate went up 17%. Special thanks to Annie for all the fast support :)
