amazing support team for custom developments i needed

Big thank you to Helen! Sorted out a problem. Response was very quick, efficient, patient and polite. Dawn from New Dawn Organic Skin and Hair Care

Great app, perfect for getting round Shopify's overly strict metafield filtering limitations. Spoke with Helen in support who was great to deal with and very friendly, resolved any issue I had.

Excellent support, with quick help. Big knowledge about app.

I've used at least 4 different search and filter apps over 7 years in e-comm and 15k+ product catalogue. This app if lightyears better than the others - especially thanks to the speedy and thorough support - thanks Helen! The search results do need some custom tweaking to figure out how best the algo will index your products, but overall works well.

Great app! Really what i needed. Had i tiny problem with the search widget, which Helen from the team helped me out with very quickly. Very satisfied!

Super happy with the level of customer support - response time was immediate and the staff member (Helen) assisting me was the best. Jumped right into help and took on the burden of the work that I didn't know how to handle. Walked me through the rest of it. Very satisfied with my experience so far.

Very quick to reply and very helpful :-)

The customer service on this app is absolutely brilliant. Helen has really helped me get the app set up on my website and has been so patient with me and has helped me every step of the way. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend!

Smart Product Filter & Search is awesome. Also world class support!

Fantastic app that allows for great customisation via use of swatches, creating a unique look to your filters. The support team is also great and swift!
