Such a great app. Very versatile and robust collection page filter section which is really hard to come by with other apps. Not only is the app nice and slick and would fully recommend on this alone, but the customer support takes these guys head and shoulders above the competition. If you are wondering which app to try if you have a selection - go for this one as you will receive very fast support if you come across any technical issues.

We had an issue with integrating another app so we decided to contact customer support. I honestly didn't expect much but I was blown away by their customer service, special shoutout to Helen who was just a rockstar. I whole heartedly recommend this product, excellent features and the best customer service around.

The app helps narrow down all my pieces so it is much easier to navigate my site. Any time I have a question I contact Helen who is always incredibly helpful and quick to reply.

First of all the app is very user-friendly and customizable. I was able to get the exact filtering options I needed and some that I didn't even know I wanted. Second, the customer service from Globo was amazing! Helen and David went out of their way to help us fix a conflict we had with our theme and they fixed the code to the app so we would not have the issue when we update. Great app! Highly recommended!

I love this app, I've used a competitor app which was really expensive, this app has saved me money and also the customer service is fantastic. Helen in particular has been a huge help for me, answering all my questions, going above and beyond to help. Super happy. Thanks team!

After many disappointing attempts with other apps, I came across Smart Product Filter & Search and am delighted. Finally the search looks as professional as I had imagined. In addition, it is incredibly easy to customize it to my needs. There was a small problem when setting it up, the images and descriptions were shifted incorrectly. So I sent an email to support and within less than 24 hours the problem was solved. Many thanks again to Helen, who not only solved the problem very quickly, but also kept me informed about the progress. In conclusion, I can only say that the functions of the app, the support and also the price are unbeatable and I can recommend the app 100%.

The filter feature is very comprehensive, the filter tree helps you organize all the filters super easily, and they have a support team available to answer all your questions. Helen helped me resolve some things I couldn't find, and everything went super smoothly.

You can use multiple functions at once, which is great. When I asked for modification or verification of the feature, the support from the Globo team was amazing. Helen of the Globo team was quick to respond, identify problems, and help. Because of his handling, the problem was solved easily. Thank you to Team Globo, Helen, and David.
