It provides a better user experience. At first the app wasn't being displayed for some reason and Helen from the support team immediately fixed that for us. Then we realised there was another issue that would not work properly with our theme and she also resolved that in a matter of minutes. Thank you.

We've been using Smart Product Filter & Search for over a month now and it has been working well. I've had to reach out to support a few times and they has been responsive every time, but most recently, Helen had our problem resolved in minutes. Well done.

We have a very big product database and filtering is a must, with 25 filters from Shopify customers did not have a proper experience. This app resolved this problem. Any issue we'd run into their support would help us ASAP to resolve the problems, both in technical support but also design problems. They are patient and super helpful.

The app is very comprehensive and allows filtering by a large number of parameters. One thing is that there are SO MANY variables available that the filter organization becomes a little tricky. Nevertheless, the product support is outstanding - probably the best I've ever encountered anywhere. Knowing everything, it'd still be my first choice.
