This is my first time using Smart Product Filter & Search App. I would say it is definitely a great app. First of all, in terms of performance, I use the Athens theme template, and the app can be well integrated with my theme, and it looks like a whole, making my website layout perfect and beautiful. Moreover, it loads very quickly. When I click on the filter value, the results are always loaded quickly, which is undoubtedly a very good experience for the visitors of our website. In addition, the team service of Globo is also great. Especially the technician Helen, who gave me great support. When I tried to write a ticket for the first time, I thought I would have to wait a long time to get a reply. Unexpectedly, someone replied to the email very quickly. Helen is a very smart and excellent technician. She can always quickly understand the various customized problems I raised and quickly help me solve them to achieve the effect I want. Great support team!

This app is great and the customer support is quick. We recently had an issue that appeared to have been caused by Shopify updates where it removed our styling to our search. Helen went above and beyond in trying to contact us and help with our issue. She resolved it quickly, and communicated thoroughly what the problem was.

This was exactly what I needed to vastly improve the filter UI of my theme. I'm really happy with the results and with the support from the devs!
