We are still in the trial period of the app but its safe to say that we'll be going ahead with the paid version. It works exactly like we want it to, although its frustrating that this basic functionality isn't a standard Shopify feature. The support for this app has been fantastic - Helen got back to me really quickly, and got the app working perfectly. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking for an effective filter and search option.

sometimes it is slow to take changes from custom template, and i cant impor colors from shopify theme, but it is a great app

It meets all my needs for a search box and filters. It would be better if it can customize the css style, so that I don't have to trouble Helen to help me adjust it every time. Helen was awesome and fulfilled all my requests for more amazing page layouts. It's been a pleasure working with you guys.

Recently, I discovered some problems caused by plug-ins. I reported them to the customer service team. They responded very quickly and solved the problems according to my requirements. I will continue to use their services.

One of the best apps around. Support is always 5 stars. Any tweaks I need I just shoot them an email and they get things resolved in record time :)

this had a massive impact on my page load speeds, so much so that it made my site unusable in some instances. when I flagged the issue to support all they said was that they couldn't replicate it on their end. I have 100+ screen recordings via Clarity that show the issue on customers' machines.

I highly recommend this filter app. They have all the features you need, the app functions exactly the way it should and their customer service is top notch. I would like to thank Helen who helped us extensively and with much patience until all of our requests for customization were fulfilled and it was done exactly the way we needed. Any small errors or minor adjustments were quickly adjusted.
