Whatever you are paying Helen from the support team - double it! I had a problem and within minutes she had sorted it for me, linked me to the problem area and explained what I needed to do. Look no further, this is the app you want to use! Not only does it provide a great shopping experience for customers, the team at Globo is immensely helpful and responsive. We have been looking and testing out filter/search apps all quarter. Other apps had glitches, weren't compatible or required a lot of dev work to get to work the way we wanted. The Smart Product Filter & Search app Globo is amazing (check out their other apps too!). I had a few requests (okay quite a few) that I needed help with in customizing the look of the app on our website and the team was quick to respond, make the changes asked and continually willing to assist. We're using this app to display variants as products and it allows us to use variant metafield filters to filter through the variants! The only app we could find to do it. Also, support is amazing.

Love this app and it is an essential part of our website. Not only for filtering and searching but also great at showing variant images in products in the collection pages. Helen was great at helping iron out any kinks we had also.
