We use this app on multiple of our stores - the developers and customer service are great, friendly and responsive. For larger stores, this app is great if you're struggling with Shopify limitations. We use this to help give customers more tools to filter large collections. They do a great job and I'd happily recommend them.

I am very happy with this app so far. I have tried other search and filter apps and this one is very simple and easy to use in comparison. Their support team was very quick to customize the UI to match my store as well.

Smart Product is the perfect filtering app-- balanced between user friendly and feature loaded, plus very sleek appearance. I tried three similar apps but could not make them work properly for my needs, or they looked sloppy on my site. Best of all, when I ran into a question, I had an immediate response from Support with the issue resolved within hours! THANK YOU HELEN!!

This app has helped solve a number of issues we had on our Shopify store. We are able to have a customisable filter tree, hide out of stock products, as well as group colour swatches for better user experience and much more. When I encountered a small error/glitch within the app I contacted support where Helen promptly responded within the day and resolved my issue immediately. So far very impressed by this app and their customer service offering.

This is an excellent app for stores with a large inventory where helping customers filter and find products is crucial. The support team is outstanding; they responded quickly to our customization requests. Before requesting these changes, we had considered switching to another app, but since our issues have been resolved, we plan to continue using this one for a long time. Update: January 2026 They handled a sudden issue immediately. 5 Star for the support team. They are very responsive. I wish they had pricing breaks for if you had multiple stores or subdomains. It can get quite expensive if you are using it on multiple stores.

Multiple menus can be created and allow you to group products according to tags. The application is good, but the support is very laborious, many exchanges to obtain a result, changes made quickly without thinking! They also couldn't get two of their apps to work together. A change to one caused problems on the other. I was forced to choose this app and uninstall the other for pre-orders.

The app does exactly what it is needed and designed to do! It is straightforward to follow and work through from the installation to the set-up. Any issues I have had have been very easily and swiftly dealt with by their amazing support team.

Great app that allows more user-friendliness when sorting categories and searching for our extensive number of products. In addition, the support team is very efficient and friendly with customization service. Highly recommend the app and the support team.
