Smart Product Filter and Search is a must have with great features and even better support! They really go the extra mile to help out their customers. I personally experienced this when I reached out with an odd request for help customizing the app with a special feature suitable for our theme. They listened carefully and provided the perfect solution. It was implemented almost immediately. They were always fast with email communication. I feel they went above and beyond in providing an exceptional experience for us. You can be sure they'll be there to support you with anything you need.

I always receive quick response from the customer service team and tech team, which helps us a lot about the theme fitting issues. And the app works well with theme Xtra. If anyone that use Xtra, I would recommend this app to them!

Terrible App! It fails every couple of weeks. I have lost tons of sales. Since they are international it takes days to resolve any issues.

Excellent filtering capabilities and couldn't be happier with the support. Quick to respond and fix issues of theme compatibility quickly to ensure a great experience for my customers.

We are using this and the color swatch app by Globo. The products works really really well and every issue we have had when switching themes have been resolved with in a day or so by the customer service and dev team. They are responsive and extremely competent. I can't say enough good things about them. Update: We had a small issue and they once again resolved it in no time and we were back up and running asap.

Really happy with the App and the support. I've sent in a few support requests as things weren't exactly like I wanted them (how to hide results in the search results, how to get things to appear with my variants like I wanted, etc) and they've been quick and efficient in providing a solution. Very happy with my payment plan. It's the right value for the right price for me!

I used this app to have all my product variants as individual products on my collection page. The app works well and the customer service (Helen) is very fast and kind, but I find it very expensive just to use this feature.

It is very easy to use. When a problem arose, they responded immediately and resolved it.

The customer support is very helpful. It was a good experience working with them. The filtering app is attractive and user-friendly, and the dev team was happy to customize the design to match my site's color scheme. It definitely makes my store look more professional. The only downside was that it was not possible to separate variants on the Collections Page, so when you sort by price all the variants are bunched together which means that they are not in the correctly sorted price order.

We needed a filter that could be customized for each Collection based on Tags, but didn't want all our Tags showing up. Smart Product Filter & Search allows us to do that easily and intuitively. In addition, Customer Service was fast and capable for the small customizations we needed. For example, we didn't want customers to have to scroll to see all the options. CS took care of this need quickly.

This app is excellent and the support team helped me out. I am using the app with Shopify Markets and Shopify Translate and Adapt. They helped me update the app so that it properly uses the translated price and currency within the collections pages. I am very happy. Thank you!
