Super friendly and attentive support staff. They assisted with everything that was needed... And trust me... I was needy.

The overall app experience is good. I am using it to add filters on my main store collection page. There were a few bugs that I experienced but the support team helped me fix them. I do feel that the support can be a lot better as I had to wait quite a bit before getting a response and had to contact multiple times for the same bug. So overall great app, but the customer service needs improvement.

A Very capable app with plenty of options to set up filtering. We need help customizing the app to match our store and I must say the support team was very quick addressing our concerns and always there to make sure our needs are met.

This app has been great for us so far! Any problems we encountered were fixed extremely quickly by the lovely Helen for us :) Super sweet and an absolute pleasure to deal with when you need help!!

It is easy to use and has many features. I think it's a good app. I think it would be nice if you could insert a chat app into the app and provide real-time support.

Best search app on the market, after having tried multiple apps which lacked the needed functions especially with certain characters. Support very good fixed problems with minimal fuss.

I love that I can select a separate filter for each product. The search is also very good. The only thing I wish it had better analytics. Keep in mind, you should sync the app every now and then because sometimes products wouldn't show up if you don't. So far, very satisfied.

This app has an incredible response team. I've had some difficulties managing the filters and every single time I write to them, within a couple of hours the problem is solved. My products are now filtered by size, colours, price. It makes it so much easier for customers. I definitely recommend it.

One of the few apps I can find that allows to filter by metafields using a range (i.e. items with a value between x and y). This is the primary reason that I installed this app. Front end code is fully customizable in code, which is great, though editing the code prevents you from changing appearance using their app management interface. Support has been quick to respond to issues that I have had - very happy with the service.
