Smart Product Filter & Search

We recently installed the Smart Product Filter app on one of our online stores. We tested it and found some conflicts with our existing filter app. I contacted the developer and opened a ticket regarding that issue. Helen and the team at Globo took care of the issue but we found some other compatibility issues while further testing. The support team worked intensively to help resolve the issues and we finally put it live. We have not finished exploring the search options/configuration but the filter is up and running. We are happy with the results we've obtained. Any other app we've tried was either useless or way to expensive.

The best support EVER. I have downloaded a lot of apps from the Shopify store, but this company provides the BEST customer support by far compared to anyone else. I dont usually write reviews, but these guys surpassed my expectations and helped sort out every minor issue I had with the app. Their developers are excellent. Will be downloading a few more Globo apps. 5 STARS!!! Highly recommend!

The best customer service I have ever experienced with any app! I honestly have never had such great customer service. I originally had some issues and wrote a review and this company was so quick to help me, and even went above and beyond what the app normally does, to ensure it could do what I needed for my store. I would work with this company any time, and would suggest everyone do so. Extremely quick and positive response time from them. I am very pleased. Great support, they helped me change the product layout just the way I wanted. And the product filter is easily set up. Would most certainly recommend as a product filter to your store.

The app is simple to set up and it works perfectly! What a kind and talented team! I had so many tricky requests and they all solved, while some of other apps just told me they couldn’t help. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Definitely the best team on Shopify!!!

Great product and an extremely helpful support team. I would highly recommend this app if your theme doesn't have a good filter option. They also have a great form builder that i use as well.

We had an issue with an old top ranking filter so we had to find a new filter fast!!, we decided to try out Globo's filter. Their UI is on par with the top filter app we used before, we did not feel like we missed anything, but even had a better experience - They offered us great support, checked on us on a daily basis and made sure everything is working as we wanted. Thank you Helen and your Dev team

Absolutely brilliant app for filters and exactly what I was looking for. I have few tweaks needed and raised with support. Would definitely recommend . Last few days the support received in fixing the issues was beyond excellent and support teams across the world should learn, amazing job team!!!

Plugin does what it must do! Support is great if you want something the fix they do it right away! We have been using this Plugin for more then 3 years now!
