Smart Product Filter & Search

This app is amazing. It allows for much better customization than my default Shopify theme's filter. What's even better, however, is the customer service; I had some trouble integrating the app into my theme, so I sent them an email. Even though it was over the weekend, they quickly responded and resolved the issue before it was Monday. I even asked them for help integrating another app of theirs within the same email thread, which was annoying of me, and yet they were still kind and resolved the issue quickly. Definitely give it a try, I highly recommend it :)

My app just suddenly stopped working. You cannot search for or sort anything! I am not happy about this. This app costs too much for something like this to randomly happen. My customers have no way to search my products which means I will lose orders and I just began running ads. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Given the scale of my store, I had required multiple variations of customisations for different collections. The team has been prompted in responding to my issues and preferences and it has been looking great for my store. Thank you Helen for your assistance!

We are using this app to display product variants as seperate products on the shop page. We had a pretty major bug where the product images weren't showing initially. Though it took a day or two to receive a reply (this could have been the time difference), the support team were able to fix this in time for the store to go live. Recommended for stores with a few products who want to display product variants as seperate products.

Had a great experience with support on this app, they were very responsive and took care of everything I needed in a very reasonable time frame. The integrations into shopify make it very easy to use without having to make adjustments on a 3rd party site.

Overall the app works well and meets our filtering and collection/product theme needs. What is most impressive is the customer service, we had an issue with the app submitted a ticket and the team at Globo responded in a quick manner and fixed our issue!

The overall app experience is good. I am using it to add filters on my main store collection page. There were a few bugs that I experienced but the support team helped me fix them. I do feel that the support can be a lot better as I had to wait quite a bit before getting a response and had to contact multiple times for the same bug. So overall great app, but the customer service needs improvement.

A Very capable app with plenty of options to set up filtering. We need help customizing the app to match our store and I must say the support team was very quick addressing our concerns and always there to make sure our needs are met.
